Beautiful place, super nice staff and they are super helpful! They are super quick, and they will help teach you about everything they can do! Definitely recommend! ✨Edited: at first before the payment process they encouraged the review to get a free fluoride treatment. But after me telling the front lady I didn’t want Invisalign treatment, they told me i didn’t need the treatment it was recommended. So I should pay to keep the discount. After 10 minutes i agreed, but then after everything was done, I realized the payments would be too many. So I went back in the same day to cancel the treatment plan, cause I didn’t even want the treatment. They said it would take a minute to get the document started. That was in November. I called every month, and they kept telling me that my refund was in the process. When I called last month in march 2024, to the sunbit company managing my loan they said my refund had never been filed. So I had to call once more in march, to find out my refund has never been submitted, the last staff never filed the documents and there was a staff change. And I had to keep making payments on a treatment I was never going to receive. It wasn’t until Thursday I got my sunbit payments refunded but now I’m still waiting for sunbit to pay me back the 4,670 dollars back for the down payment I had to make initially.

I called a little after 4 pm on Friday before christmas had a fall and broke my front tooth.The office worked me in without hesitation.The staff was amazing and friendly, they went above and beyond. Dr Apilado is fantastic.He made me feel at ease did a Great job getting me a temp cap .I appreciate the staff for taking me in so late and giving me the best care...A+ ! I must share this!!! My experience has been by far the best here. Making an appointment was very pleasing. As I arrived everyone greeds you with a smile. With in 7 minutes I was already in the room. Xray, cleaning evaluations. Everything on point!! The dentist was very nice and explained everything very clearly to me. Leslie the assistant was very friendly and knowledgeable. I have to go back to get more work done, Leslie gave me the time to explain each and everyone of the procedures I need. She comforted me and said that everything will be done in the office and assured me she will be with the dentist through them all. With that said I'm scheduled to go back and start my journey into a healthier and prettier smile. Thank you, everyone in this office is so amazing 👏

I do like the dentist and his staff in the back. The ladies are nice at the front as well. The problem is both Michelles' didn't seem to communicate to the point that we are all on the same page. The previous manager stated that I would be refunded the amount of the procedures that were not performed and the new one states there's pending charges and continues to hold my refund. This is causing some issues with my CC. I also have a swollen jaw from the shots.Crown is starting to bother me. I guess it's time to talk to someone else that can handle the situation. I've has the worst dental experiences in El Paso. Never had these crazy issues in my lifetime anywhere else. Smh! I'm moving in May. Stick to the amount that was guaranteed by your previous employee. You should consider that I was on a liquid diet for a month after dental work performed there. My jaw wouldn't open and the inflammation and pain was horrific. If anything, you should be worried about paying more!! Please speak with your other Michelle and distribute the correct amount or another person will.

My daughter needed some work done, we were referred to Celebrity Smiles through another dental office. The staff here were all amazing straight from the start. When it came down to the financial part Yadira was absolutely amazing. She talked us through everything and made it easy to understand. Thank you for the wonderful help in getting my daughter what she needed.

First time at Southwest Celebrity Smiles and I'm so happy with my visit! Everyone was very friendly and patient. Flexible and affordable payment plans for those without insurance. Shout out to Leslie for taking her time and being patient with me with my crown replacement! And a big thank you to Dr. Apilado for being so informative and helpful.

I have been coming to Celebrity Smiles for a few years and I just love the service I always receive from the moment I walk in!! I like how they are always on top of my apartment reminders to make sure I don't forget! Tania was amazing today and she made me feel at ease! Dr. Apilado always very cheerful and informative with my teeth care. I was very happy with my hygienist Paty with my cleaning of my teeth results!!!

Ever since I started coming here it has always been an amazing experience . But recently there has been a change in office manager which by odds her name is the same as the old manager. The new Michelle has gone above and beyond in educating me of why I need a certain procedure. She helped me thru finances giving me affordable monthly payment plans. She even assisted Dr.Apilado and made sure I was comfortable at all times. Now this is what I call amazing customer service. Best dental place in El Paso. Highly recommended!! ASK FOR MICHELLE.
