Dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth did a superb job, x-ray tech was efficient and careful, the DDS was effective and clear in answering my questions and addressing my concerns, the business manager was effective in discussing my options. (and with the good humor that reflects the business name - Sunny Smiles), and lastly, the clerical staff was also efficient and courteous.

Sunny Smiles Family Dentistry were WONDERFUL, flexible and professional. I'm from out of town, and needed emergency dental work. Even though I'm from Missouri, they were incredibly helpful, persistent and communicative in finding my insurance. They gave me an appointment just for a consultation even though they weren't sure what I needed. Everyone I engaged with was friendly, helpful and prompt. I was in and out within 2 hours. And they saw me 3 hours before my scheduled appointment. Thank you! It's a breath of fresh air to have such wonderful care and customer service.

Don't use these people unless you have a lot of time to waste. This is the second time I set an appointment with them, only to sit and wait for over 40 minutes to be seen. Why make an appointment if you're not going to adhere to some sort of schedule? Also, they screwed up my cap so bad that I had to have another dentist fix it. Honestly, you're better off seeing a dentist in Mexico.

The dental office is close to home which is convenient. I was very disappointed with their follow up process. The staff needs to make sure that they hv the current telephone numbers for their patients. I left several messages that were not returned. Staff needs to communicate with each other. The building is run down and the inside is pretty dated. Needs new furniture for waiting area.

We gave 5 stars but they deserve a 10 Star review for their service. Friendly staff, outstanding Dentist and excellent Dental hygienist make it an extraordinary team.People usually dread going to the dentist but your experience will be different with those folks.

So far so good. The receptionist, x-ray tech., and dental cleaning tech were very nice. The dentist was very polite and caring. He is soft spoken, poised, and calm. He explained what he could do to better my oral health. The reception verified and explained services needed, and told me what to expect to pay for each, and so it was. Today, the tech and dentist constantly asked me how I was doing while undergoing the procedure. The only thing I would recommend is to update and freshen up the reception area with clean chairs, and perhaps some artificial plants, and to repaint some of the walls throughout. Keep up the great work. Dr. Jose R. Santos-Romeu, PhD

I went for a second opinion I received from a "child dentist". My daughter was treated with respect, dignity, patience, and most importantly like a child the technician and dentist were both extremely patient and were able to identify the needs of my child without trying to rip us off. My daughter received a brush, stickers, and toothpaste after they calmed her down. Thank you for your professionalism.

My daughter had a very bad experience. They needed to drill and do work on her tooth, instead of numbing her with an injection or gel he proceeded to start doing the work and when she made it clear and brought it to his attention that she was in pain and could feel everything he told her that "its too early to tell" instead of stopping the work and actually numbing her correctly or adding more numbing gel he instead ignored her pain. She was left walking out of the room crying and with her whole face in pain.

There was no comminication with me, no empathy towards my fears and situations. He was more concerned with what he could get off my insurance and bank account than helping me obtain my other medical needs. I consulted with another dentist and he agreed no way I needed the 3000 dollars of work this man was claiming I needed and at the added expense of my severe anxiety.
