Elk Grove Orthodontics

I had to transfer to this orthodontist mid way through my treatment and I felt so welcome and everyone was so friendly! They were very informative about the process and how everything will go. I recently got my braces off and it was an amazing experience and i absolutely love my smile now. I would definitely recommend this orthodontist to anyone!!

I want to first off saying I’m not an easy case, quite the opposite and a very complicated one. But I absolutely cherish the staff at Elk Grove Orthodontics they are beyond polite, understanding, excellent, & stellar customer service all around. If there’s a hiccup they make it up in the best way. My case is complicated but they’ve been so patient with me and I’m very fortunate to have found them, they’ve been helping me for 5+ years now. And I’m very grateful. If I could give them 10 stars I would. And I recommend anyone looking for an orthodontist to come here, because I don’t know if there’s a better practice in Sacramento they are pretty tough to beat.

I am so fortunate to have this ortho group assist me in my journey to better teeth! The Dr’s and staff are amazing! Kind, efficient and always a pleasure to be around! I was very insecure about my teeth, but the team never made me feel bad about it from day 1. Big shout out to Dr. Sandretti & Ashley, as they has been nothing short of incredible! The team made my 2 year process fly by with ease! The communication and assistance throughout my journey was excellent! My end result came out FAR BETTER than I could have ever dreamed and I am truly grateful! If youre looking for an Ortho, i highly recommend you give Elk Grove Ortho a call! You will not be disappointed!

My son is so excited to get his braces from the friendly staff at Elk Grove Orthodontics.They took the time to work with us and make us comfortable with everything being done. Thank you Dr as well as staff member Crystal Dopp for making braces not so scary for my son and us.

Since the beginning, we have been treated with patience and respect. It is truly a family oriented business and quality patient care is their number one priority. The Absolute best care, with the BEST Doctors and Staff, a parent/ person could ask for! So caring, understanding n accommodating to crazy family schedules! My son started 3 yrs ago...HE HAS THE GREATEST SMILE NOW! We moved an hour away, and they went out of their way to make things easy for us! We were recently referred to Elk Grove Orthodontics by our medical provider for our daughter who has a complicated orthodontic treatment plan. Both Dr. Rollofson and Dr. Sandretti are so wonderful with my child and we appreciate how they take time to explain her treatment each step of the way! The doctors have a depth of knowledge and experience and we are grateful that our daughters treatment is with them.In addition, the staff is kind and professional - making our experience with Elk Grove Orthodontics even better!

As a man living in his sixth decade I am not one to hand out praise lightly, actually I tend to be a bit discerning. I must say however that having Ashley and Dr. Sandretti work on me was a complete pleasure. I’m kind of self conscious and feel the ravages of Father Time, that’s why it was sooo special to have them work on my mouth. Thank you Dr. Sandretti, and Ashley, you guys are definitely the best!!! I know that you guys are as good as it gets!!!

My 1st, and certainly not my last experience with Elk Grove Orthodontics was terrific!I actually had a super relaxed time with the dentist and staff.The office gives off a pleasant mix of calm and technological advancement.There are lots of windows about that let in a welcoming amount of light.Getting to know the dentist and staff was easy.I even had a few laughs with the dentist (not an easy thing to do) but it happened.I received several options to address my dental needs and all of my questions were answered with my needs in mind foremost.I encourage a visit to Elk Grove Orthodontics, you just might like them as much as I do.

The front desk staff, assistant and the orthodontist are very friendly, kind, patient and professional. The front desk staff were very flexible, helpful and patient with scheduling my appointments. The assistant was very friendly and a huge sweetheart. They and the orthodontist did an incredible job with removing my braces, making sure I was comfortable, taking oppressions for my retainers, & x-rays.I appreciated the adorable goodies they gifted me for the celebration of the removal of my braces. It was so kind of them.😊🎁I had a great experience at this orthodontist and wish I could give them more than five stars for their excellent job they’re doing.
