I’m sorry that I left a great review on the first review. I received full mouth dentures and be my insurance company. I was over billed by over $500.00, plus I was told that there was only $160.00 not covered by insurance. They charged me $960.00 plus for non coverage insurance. I tried to talk to the doctor and billing department and emailed the owner. The ones below the owner all passed the buck to someone else, and the owner will not return any of my emails that I included my phone number with all the information to get a hold of me. The non coverage item is a blood clotting agent 24 times at $40.00 each that I can purchase on Amazon for the amount of $29.00 for 9 small packages. My price for 24 packages is $87.00 with 3 packages left over. The bad part is that the owner will not take any interest in refunding the overcharge that insurance has my copay at. I would not recommend ENNIS SMILES DENTAL to anyone!Cliff C

I recently had a fantastic experience at Ennis Smiles for a cleaning appointment. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The entire staff, from the front desk to the dental professionals, was incredibly friendly and attentive.The dentist, Dr. Nadimi, in particular, stood out for her knowledge, professionalism and genuine care. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly and ensured I felt comfortable throughout the appointment. It was evident that she truly cares about her patients' oral health and well-being.What impressed me the most was observing Dr. Nadimi’s interactions with other patients of all ages. Whether it was a child's first dental visit or an elderly patient needing extra care, she approached each situation with patience, compassion, and expertise.Overall, I highly recommend Ennis Smiles to anyone seeking exceptional dental care. Their commitment to excellence and genuine concern for their patients' health and comfort sets them apart. I'll definitely be returning for my future dental needs.

Took over an hour to take X-rays. One was accidentally done at the back of the crown of my head. Which I understand if someone is learning, but I’d appreciate some more cautious or meticulous actions… The X-ray didn’t bother me as much, it’s the rushed service afterward. They rushed the rest of the appointment and quickly glossed over my cleaning and wasn’t very detailed, and took less than 10 minutes. They didn’t floss my teeth: Haven’t used a retainer in 7 years, and they told me I needed one and wanted to charge me for a new one over $600. I haven’t had a cavity in over four years, she told me I had two cavities and needed a root canal- which I felt was fraudulent. The wrap up service to check-out was a bit vague? Like she seemed unsure if I owed anything and gave me an original receipt I signed without a baggie or toothbrush.Overall, I felt it was a waste of time and not worth it. I’m more than likely not coming back and I will be needing to see another dentist soon to get another opinion.

The entire staff at Ennis Smiles is very friendly and helpful in setting up a plan to achieve clean and healthy teeth. I recently had a tooth extraction and Dr. Aastha took great care to ensure my comfort and was very quick in resolving the issue. Crystina talked me through the treatment plan for future work needing done and is very quick to respond to questions and helping me set up appointments. A huge thank you to everyone involved in my care!

The staff is very knowledgeable and explained what I needed to get done. Text and call to remind of appointment not just day before but couple days ahead so you can reschedule if need to. Dr. Sudra Lakhwani is awesome very patient oriented and I had anxiety attack and was shaking so bad but she talked me into being calm along with her hygienest. My absolute best experience at a dentist.

Pros:- I scheduled an appointment with short notice and they accommodated me- I was a new patient and after X-rays they were able to fit me in for 7 fillings that same dayCons:- They never cleaned my teeth even though it was included with my insurance- I was in the exam room a total of 4 hours (more than 2.5 hours was me just waiting by myself)- My one filling is causing me pain

I couldn’t be more happy with my experience at Ennis Smiles. I booked an appt a few months ahead as I was flying in from Puerto Rico. As soon as I walked in I was taken back and got started on xrays. The doctor did a few tests to make sure about absolutely everything to make sure we were choosing the best treatment, and they explained everything top to bottom of my treatment plan before, and during the procedure. They all made the process easy and comfortable. I absolutely recommend them, everyone on the team is great!

My son had a fall yesterday while waiting to be seen, and he cut above his eye pretty deep. The ladies at the check in counter brought him a toy and were suuuuper sweet to him! They made sure he was okay and asked the dr. to take a look. We ended up going to the ER after. Well I just received a call from one of the sweet ladies behind the check in counter, and she was just calling to ask how my sweet boy was and that he was on her mind. These people truly care more than just about people’s teeth! I will never take my son or go anywhere else! This meant more than they will ever know ❤️

I have been here twice now. The phone call I had was not the best experience and I almost found a different dentist, but I'm glad I didn't. Chealsea was very sweet and helped work with me to get some work done for my son that he really needed. She worked with me on the price and scheduling. Worked me in at the last minute today. They are very friendly here.

Absolutely THE best Dentist office I’ve been too ever, great bedside manner from Dr. Yousef that you just can’t get anywhere these days anymore, she saw me through my healing process and she was very kind and accommodating, she takes the time to hear your concerns and does so with patience, the front office ladies as well are very kind and give a very welcoming feeling when you walk in, as long as they are here they definitely will be my dentist office, very satisfied with Ennis Smiles.
