I had an amazing experience at this office! I had never been under sedation before and am pretty anxious when it comes to surgery in general, but Dr. Thompson and his team made me feel really comfortable. They answered all my questions and even made me laugh when I anxiously started crying! They are really nice and welcoming. The day of surgery went super smoothly and I have been healing up without any problems. I'm just really thankful for them!

My experience is horrible. My appointment was at 9am and didn't get seen until 9:50am. My operation took 30mins. I prescribed regular Tylenol and ibuprofen. Then I was told to call if the pain was unbearable to call them and they will prescribe something stronger. I'm in so much pain I can barely stand. I called all their number and NO ANSWER!!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!

Please be aware there are rogue techs on the surgical team that can cause harm or bully your child while out of you view. Your child can ask for you and speak up and they will ignore their request until you find later that something went terribly wrong due to these peoples negligent misconduct. They forced my daughter to remove her top for their convenience which was completely unnecessary. The two techs making fun of my daughter in Spanish believing she would not remember nor understand them after blaming the sedation for her tears. Please request the team to follow their code of conduct and provide a safe environment for your children before they leave your sight.The doctor and procedure recovery are excellent outside of those major concerns. They are willing to make necessary changes to exceed your expectations.

Amazing clinic, especially doctor Mcdonald,After extracting 4 wisdom teeth, there is no pain, no medication needed, clean job.He even followed me up calling in the evening after surgery.Thank you!

I had a 4 wisdom tooth extraction under IV sedation with Dr. Ian McDonald about a week ago that I have been recovering nicely from with no complications. I highly recommend the Escondido surgery center location where I went as the staff was professional and welcoming at all levels from the front desk to assistants to the anesthesiologist and, of course, the wonderfully kind and understanding Dr. McDonald. From the consultation to take a look at my wisdom teeth where he took the time to patiently answer all questions regarding the surgery itself and afterward where he gave a follow-up call to check on how I was doing, I am grateful I chose to have all my wisdom teeth removed under his and his team's excellent care.

I've been going to the best dentist I've ever known, Dr. Rob McLachlan. He referred me to Dr. Andrus for implant surgery. Dr.Andrus is excellent as is the entire staff of NCOFSC in Escondido on Grand Ave. Can you believe they had a Thanksgiving bouquet 💐 delivered to my home?! I AM THANKFUL for the EXCELLENT CARE from Dr. McLachlan of North County Prostidontics and Dr. Andrus of NCOFSC.
