03/012024 My first time going to Harwood Smiles Dental it was a great experience the entire staff was amazing and both the dental assistants Monica and the Doctor Veronica was incredible very nice and caring. I had to get a deep cleaning the experience with everything they did to keep me comfortable before getting started was Great. I would recommend anyone to Harwood Smiles Dental. I will be going back in May.

Edit 10/28/23: the entire office staff and dentists that work there have changed since my initial five-star review over a year ago (the changes occured over the Fall of 2023). I can no longer support Harwood Smiles and will not return to this practice.This is the most friendly, thorough, and professional dentist office I have ever been to. The small but mighty staff is fantastic and gets to know you and your needs before making recommendations for treatment. Dr. Hills took the time to explain things to me that I had not been told over my 40 years of dental treatments and made sure I understood everything, including purpose and level of importance. I cannot recommend this dental practice enough and this is coming from a person quite fearful of dental treatment after some bad experiences. Don't hesitate to make that first appointment....I promise you won't be disappointed.

I absolutely hate going to the dentist but Harwood Smiles made it my most pleasurable experience with a dentistry. My visits are always an amazing customer experience, providing the best options for your dental health as opposed from monetizing off of you like most dentistries.The employees are always high spirited and seems to enjoy working with each other.I highly recommend.

if you have dental anxiety, this is the place to go! everyone here has been nothing but kind and gentle with me and my situation and made my experience so comfortable when i was very nervous. dr. hill and the dental hygienist (i think her name is vanessa) are so so so sweet and you can tell they love what they do and want you to be comfortable. also the girl who’s usually at the front (not sure her name but she is blonde lol) is so so nice too and helpful as well! can not say enough great things about them!

This has been the absolute best dental experience I’ve ever had in my life. I was so nervous and embarrassed during my first consultation visit. The entire staff made me feel so comfortable and gave me such reassurance that I was in good hands and would be taken care of. Dr. Hill is hands down one of the most professional Drs I’ve ever had the pleasure of being helped by. The entire staff, the receptionist, the dental assistants everyone made me feel like safe. I had no pain during my entire visit. She talked me through everything. And even followed up and personally called after my appointment to make sure I was feeling okay. I’ve never been more pleased with a service. Thank you Harwood team for bringing back my confidence and taking care of my smile and making a genuine connection. Everyone made me feel right at home and like I was apart of the family. Best feeling I’ve felt in a long time. Thank you everyone. I’ve found my permanent dental office and it feels great. :)

Harwood smiles was extremely accommodating and so patient with my special needs daughter. All the way from booking the initial appointment, Dr. Hill listened to all my concerns and took the extra time to listen about all my daughters challenges. My daughter is autistic and teeth cleaning is hard for her. Dr. Hill really made a connection with her and did an amazing job getting her to focus on her and explain everything she was doing. My daughter was happy and comfortable during her whole visit which is such a big deal! Highly recommend!!

So glad this was the dentist I chose today! Dr Hill and her girls all made me feel extremely comfortable as I unfortunately went in to deal with pain from a broken tooth. Everyone was super sweet but also super helpful, taking the time to make sure I understood all my options as well as the costs and pros/cons of each. As a side note I’m uninsured and there happened to be a deal going on so I ended up spending less for my visit (w/x-rays) than I thought! 🤙

Edit : wanted to add in that this dentist office does clear correct (Invisalign alternative) consultation. It’s been one week with my first trays and although feeling sore I’m excited that they’re helping me get my straighten teeth I’ve been wantingI used to be extremely afraid of the dentist but being Dr. Hill’s patient has helped me over come that fear.I now actively make appointments when I am experiencing any pain and know that I will be well taken care of. Billing is very open and I know exactly when and how much I’ll be paying. Making appointments is easy. They also work with my phobia of needles by being patient when I’m scared. Most of all I leave with clean and healthy teeth! They have taken care of my numerous cavities and cleanings with no problems.

Hands down one of the best dentist experiences I have ever had! Dr. Hills was the best and truly made me feel comfortable! We jammed out to some tunes while getting my teeth done and overall was the most fun! The staff was also super nice and definitely broke the stigma of all dentist are mean. 10 out of 10 would recommend for age groups. I definitely will be going back on a regular basis and I am proud to call this dentist office my new favorite!! Thanks again for your amazing hospitality and customer service❤️
