The place is clean and the staff takes care of you well but the person in charge of the paperwork department and sending the documents was a total failure. My daughter was from April 7-24 to have her wisdom teeth evaluated. This paperwork has to be sent. Medical is May and they don't approve why Medical is asking them to correct an error in the application. This is the 3rd time I have called them and the Receptionist Liliana says she is going to fix it and the Medical office doesn't as well. I did it directly with them and they haven't done anything. I told Liliana last time that I wanted to talk to her Manager. Her response was that she didn't have time for this, so I told her that she would have to go in person. She said that she had to make an appointment. This is totally the worst, my daughter has been in pain for 3 months. I think that if it were her daughter, this would not happen. The worst thing is that because of a mistake, my daughter is going through this, making a person suffer for something so simple of putting the address of her office where she goes. doing the treatment in the Medical application is difficult to do that, I really don't believe it, but there is human evil, I don't really recommend that your children go through this

They have an amazing front desk staff with the most friendly customer service. When I came for my surgery the nurses were very kind and gentle and the surgery was very smooth overall. They gave great aftercare advice which made the healing process of my wisdom teeth a lot more tolerable. Overall they gave amazing medical treatment/attention

Had my wisdom teeth removed here recently, I was pretty nervous but the nurses were kind and gentle. The doctor performing my extraction on the other hand wasn’t friendly at all. She abruptly pushed me from my arm up twice to have me move forward in my seat instead of just verbally asking me. She stood over me making me feel worse about the procedure, hope she learns more from her assistances on how to treat a patient. Very poor bedside manner.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this dentist and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The office was incredibly clean, which made me feel comfortable and at ease. The workers were not only nice, but also very professional and attentive to my needs. Their friendly demeanor really made the whole visit enjoyable. I highly recommend this dentist to anyone looking for top-notch care in a clean and welcoming environment!

I have come to this site for root Canal and wisdom teeth extraction. They are very comforting, gentle and understanding with their patients. They take their time to explain procedures and have a very clean, comfortable office. Would definitely recommend! The S assistant Jocquetta was AMAZING and super friendly explained every very thoroughly.

The experience I had at this establishment was the worse treatment I’ve had to endure in a long time. I showed up with all the required documents and was asked to fill out more and that wasn’t a problem however I told them I didn’t bring my reading glasses so if they could help me answer the few questions that would be great. They asked me to step outside which I did. There were no seating and I just had half my foot amputated and was given a ride there so I couldn’t sit in a car. I was forced to stand there for about 20 minutes when the female came out and told me she would have to reschedule my appointment because she was unwilling to assist me. Your establishment and staff should all be fired. Places like this should not be allowed to operate and what’s the worst part about all this is it’s not the first time poor treatment has occurred as I’ve read many bad reviews on this website! It’s a shame because now I’m forced to remain in pain and use my rent money to have the dental procedure I need done! If anyone can help it do not come here!

This is the second time going there. As they called my husband back he asked if I could go back with him as he has a hard time understanding what doctors tell him. The nurse began questioning him on what his disability is. I told her that he has had blunt forced trauma to his head as a child which caused him to have a learning disability since he was 5. She went to her manager and they still refused to let me back. I told them that's fine, we will be filing a ADA lawsuit against them for refusing to let me back. After they did the x-ray on my husband he still i formed them that we will be filing a lawsuit. After getting my husband in the room. The nurse spoke to her manager once again and then after we threatened a ADA lawsuit allowed me back. They have nowhere for patients to sit so they can be out of the heat. Not everyone has a car they can sit in. Most of us come from out of town and use Partnership Transportation to get there. And they expect the patients ride to sit there while the patient is in back. I have advise them that the Partnership Transportation can not wait as many of the drivers are from Fairfield and have to go and transport other patients.

(This is an unpaid review. I didn't see any posts on the walls requesting five-star reviews as others claim.)I was really scared of the multitude of one-star reviews before going to my appointment. However, I was pleasantly surprised (relieved!). As many others have said, this place is the only one that takes Medi-Cal for wisdom tooth removal under general anesthesia. It is a two hour drive from where I live, but I only had to make the drive twice. From the appointment of the consultation (early June) to the date of my actual surgery (early July), it was a quick, professional, and relatively hassle-free process. The staff are quick, polite, but blunt and straight to the point. I personally prefer it that way.I had all four impacted wisdom teeth removed, and it's been a little over a week since the procedure. Everything went well and I have no complaints. They took great care of me when I got a little emotional when coming up from sleep. My jaw pain from my wisdom teeth is gone now!The only reason for the four stars (as opposed to five) is the fact that patients must wait outside, with no shade, seating, or even a warning before you come to the clinic. They say this is for COVID safety, which I can understand, but it can be a little annoying as I did get a sunburn on the day of my consultation, lol. I would only suggest they let patients know before they come in to perhaps bring a chair or something to protect themselves from the sun. You can always sit in your car, but parking close by isn't always an option.

The negative reviews are true. Tina the “DDS” is an absolute hateful human being and has no business operating in this field. I have anxiety and ptsd and she literally laughed at me while I expressed my concerns. She’ll use very lame excuses not to give you the treatment you requested BUT will bill your insurance for the services you did not receive. My primary dentist looked at my mouth the next day after Tina did extractions and couldn’t believe the damage done. Tina is a very hateful person. She doesn’t belong in this profession and we will be reporting her. There are YEARS of complaints on Google and pathetic apologies for her actions. If I had to guess, she doesn’t read them and has someone else doing damage control for her. If she gave a d**m she would have corrected her behavior by now after ALL these complaints. She makes her clients wait outside in ALL weather… the lobby is closed to her patients, so ignore the photos of a “nice” lobby. The person responding to these reviews will say some pathetic things like “we’re protecting our staff” even though Covid ended months ago. Don’t be fooled. I met several people in “line” that had the same appointment time as I did. So why is she allowing double, triple and quadruple booking? And allowing her clients to suffer outside for hours? She treats people like cash cows, that’s why. Never in my life have I seen a profession treat people this way.PLEASE do NOT respond to this ( employees ) with your lame, scripted apology. This place should be shut down.

Do Not Come here!! Absolutely awful customer service. Not one person greeted us or introduced themselves. If I could give minus stars I would. None of the employees were on the same page. One of the girls helping my son had no clue what was going on and when I tried to give her the correct information for the third time she kicked me out of the room and said my son was 18 . I have never experienced such rudeness and incompetence in a doctor’s office. I will not be going back nor would I trust them putting my son u set anesthesia. I feel like they wanted my son a line for a reason. They make you wait outside no chairs for almost a hour past my appointment time for our name to be called . because apparently they still think COVID rules are still going on. Very sketchy people! State needs to be called on them . Which I will be doing.
