Casco Bay Smiles

ALL the staff were so amazing! I had an emergency tooth problem Casco Bay Smiles was the only place out of 100 I called over three days of extreme pain, who got me an apt that same day! Also the fact they all made me feel so much better stating its a judgment free zone. The extraction was done fast and the dentist walked me through every step. I am beyond thankful for their amazing care.

I've never had a more pleasant, comfortable dental experience! I switched to Casco Bay Smiles on the recommendation of a friend and I'm glad I did! The special touches that Rob McVety, Katlyn, my hygienist, & Dany, the practice manager, put on my experience made such a huge difference. The technology utilized in my dental cleaning and exam showed me with real photos and 3D imagery areas of concern which instantly helped me buy into common-sense treatment plans. The team was friendly, gentle and professional, making my visit easy and pleasant. I'm so glad to have found a wonderful dental practice!

I had a dental emergency and they had me come in first thing this morning. Dr McVety and Emily were pleasant, open, concerned, patient and accommodating, and efficient in their treatment of my issue. When I walked out of the office I was confident my tooth was fixed and I felt like I was in good hands the whole time. They are very high-tech here, but with a nice touch that makes the experience personal.While I'm here writing this review, I should mention that I usually see Katlyn for cleanings and she, too, is pretty awesome.And one last shout out to Dany who I get to see on the way out... and who is always helpful with billing and insurance.They're an exceptional team, and there are others in the office I haven't had an opportunity to interact with... but all in time I suppose. I look forward to it.I would highly recommend this dentist office - from the moment one walks in one knows they are in the right place with the right people to provide proper dental care in a remarkably clean, relaxed, and positive setting.
