Dr. Stephanie and Betty were the absolute best! I’ve been having tooth pain for awhile and they were able to find out what was happening and how to help. The dentist has always made me nervous but they were so kind and explained every step of the process. Highly recommend pure smiles!! Everyone is beyond kind and strives to leave you feeling and looking your best! :)

Great visit today for my regular cleaning. Holly was friendly, professional and did an excellent job. Dr. Barry was nice, professional and informative. The ladies at the front are professional and very nice. It was great to go to a Dentist and not be bombarded with all the "extras" being shoved down your throat. Excellent visit, I would recommend you everyone.

I scheduled an appointment with them when they were doing free cleanings for veterans on Veterans Day. That alone gave them a start for 5 stars but when I got there they were all really nice and prompt. The cleaning was thorough and they even found a cavity forming and took care of it that day free of charge as well. Amazing service and I am so grateful. Thank you!

I made an appt for 2:30 pm and was told to be there by 2:15 pm. I showed up early as requested. There was a gentleman pacing the waiting room who advised there was a mix up with his appt time and he had been waiting over an hour. Long story short, I waited 1 1/2 hours and was told my appt was an hour after the time I scheduled it. I walked out.

I have been seeing my hygienist, Jackie, for quite sometime. She is my constant as the lead dentists and name of the practice have changed a few times over the past 30 years. Despite the changes, it always feels like home. Everyone that works there is always extremely welcoming and caring. I can’t imagine going anywhere else. My husband now chooses Pure Smiles as well.

I am incredibly anxious about dental work and all of the ladies at Pure Smile helped me feel understood and assured me they could help fix my dental problems and explained a plan of care to help me feel more calm and relaxed. They didn't make me feel as though I was being irrational or overreacting, they helped me see there was hope with my plan of care. I WILL be back!

We LOVE our experiences at Pure Smiles Downtown Findlay Dental! Everyone is very kind and professional. Today was our first time with the new Dr. Ollom. She took time to answer any questions I had and was extremely personable! She even had to pull one of my daughter’s wiggly teeth and it didn’t bother my daughter a bit! Our whole family goes here and we really enjoy the entire staff. Thanks for providing great care!

Loved my hygienist! However, I went on a Thursday. It was time for panoramic Xrays, so that was done. The dentist on Thursday was a male who introduced himself, and explained he would review my films in his office and left. I was there for 45 minutes and he never came back in to discuss whether he looked at the film, whether there were any concerns, or whether he forgot?In all fairness, Dr. Stephanie did call me to discuss this. She left a VM. But no one ever followed up with the results of my xrays, and no one was able to confirm the xrays were looked at. I was very disappointed.All with whom I came in contact with were professional and very attentive but the dentist did not follow through. That is the reason for the three star rating. Friendly, warm environment. Dental assistant has 25+ years experience. She was the best.The dentist was very kind, and I appreciate that.
