After debating for many years to have orthodontic treatment, I finally decided yes after I was in my 60's. I had them as a teenager and as many others, I never wore my retainer and we all know what happens. Dr. P took care of both our daughters when they were in their teens and they loved her and still have great memories from their experience. Dr. P and her employees are wonderful. They are funny, thoughtful and extremely caring . My teeth and smile look so much better than I anticipated. I wished I had done it sooner. Time passes so quickly as we get older, I recommend to make some good use of it and get the smile you deserve!

As an adult, I worried about how I'd look and feel wearing braces. In fact, it took me months to decide to make my first appointment with Dr. Susan Pincofski, and only moments to know I'd made the right decision. Dr. P's expertise and that of her staff is indisputable. She, along with Elisabeth, Christa and Noelle understood my concerns and treated me with the utmost friendship, kindness and respect. Dr. Pincofski and her staff are so kind, professional, and thorough in their work. Dr. Pincofski is extremely transparent and patient-centered. She explained every treatment option available to me very well (and spent a significant amount of time providing education), so I can make the best decision as to how to proceed with my orthodontic treatment. This was our first visit for my sons consultation. His dentist referred us and from the moment I called it was such a pleasant experience! The receptionist was so bubbly and happy to help! Today was our actual visit and both receptionists were so happy and very welcoming! The dr was truly amazing and broke things down for us to where my son understood her and I am coming back to do my consult this week! Very happy with our whole experience from the first phone call to our in office visit!

The best! My son who (normally fears dental procedures) actually looks forward to visiting their office. They are beyond friendly and welcoming, they are knowledgeable and honest, and they provide a extremely comfortable atmosphere for everyone. I know he is in great hands with them. Dr Pincofski and her entire staff are just wonderful and patient! My daughter has some special needs and they have always made the perfect accommodations for her, without making it obvious to my daughter. At first, I was a bit nervous about getting braces. I had heard stories about how they always hurt, brushing and flossing was impossible, and how it took years for them to work. Well, that was before I met Dr. P.Dr. P and her crew did a phenomenal job straightening out my crooked front teeth, fixing a bit of overbite, and making me more confident in my smile. They always made sure I understood each part of the process, they never insisted or pushed me into anything I was not comfortable with, and they made the whole experience rather enjoyable. When I come to Dr. P's office every so often I'm always jumping out of my seat. Sometimes it's the thumbs up for getting something done correctly or from something complete different that we were talking about. My experience here has always been a positive experience and always will be a positive one because I feel like I have made more friends here at Dr. P's office. Pincofski and her staff are the best around! Professional, friendly, patient, supportive, and a great sense of humor. Since the very first time I walked into the office with my daughter, I could tell Dr. Pincofski was a true gem! She has the patience of a saint and keeps it real all the while!
