Dr. Jacobs is wonderful. He explained all of the possible alternatives for my broken tooth. I decided to have an implant. He offered to either make another appointment or to begin the procedure immediately. I chose the latter so he pulled what was left of my tooth and did a bone graft. His staff is exceptional too, both caring and efficient. I went home with everything I needed including detailed instructions on my oral care going forward. I required no pain medication by the following morning. Getting to the Florham Park office is easy and there is ample parking.

I had the most amazing service with Dr. Jacobs and his team. I had an emergency surgery needed, and without any wait, I was able to get an appointment. Dr. Jacobs' empathy and professionalism were beyond my imagined. NJ Center for Oral Surgery is amazing! I visited the Florham Park location where Dr. Jacobs removed all 4 of my wisdom teeth and it was the most seamless process. His team (Susie and Ayka) were beyond helpful and patient with everything. The process was thoroughly explained prior to surgery day, and surgery day was so easy - it took around 1 hour. The recovery process was smooth thanks to their detailed instructions and open availability for additional questions. I felt very informed prior to surgery, comfortable during surgery, and prepared for post surgery recovery.The center in general was very professional, clean, and efficient. It’s clear this team knows what they’re doing, I would highly recommend them!

I have had 7 implants - several failed and other experiences ranged from unpleasant to good. Dr. Jacob's, Flo, Ayka, Michelle and the entire front desk staff were remarkable.I was in and out in 45minutes,the implant was placed and there was minimal discomfort. It is day 2 after surgery and other than takingrequired antibiotics I don't eventhink about the procedure. Thispractice functions like an Olympicteam. I have consulted in quality control for customer service teams for 25 years. They don't get better than this.

AMAZING treatment from scheduling to surgery and care post procedure. My husband needed his wisdom teeth taken out and was in excruciating pain. Alex was so accommodating and got us scheduled for the first appointment the next day. The nurses and doctors were patient, kind, gentle, and explained the procedure in detail so he knew exactly what to expect. 12/10 recommend !

Thank you Dr. Jacobs and staff for your attentiveness and care. I had an emergency visit and I was scheduled for wisdom tooth removal the following morning. I can not express my gratitude to Dr. Jacobs I barely felt any discomfort after the procedure and everything I needed for after care was provided to me. The wait times are short, staff is friendly, office is clean and overall wonderful experience.

Both of my daughters have had Dr. Jacob remove their wisdom teeth. They are both very anxious when it comes to anything medical and Dr. Jacob’s took the time to assure them everything would be okay. Not only did he talk to me before the surgery, he also followed up after and called the house the evening of the surgery to check in. His office injects the incisions with your own platelets that they spin in the office during you procedure to speed recover. Swelling and pain was minimal for both girls and they did not require anything more than Tylenol and Motrin. I recommend Dr. Jacob’s and his staff so much so that his practice is one of only a few I have ever felt worthy to review.

Given my array of experiences with dentists and oral surgeons, I can confidently say there are not many like Dr Jacobs. He is collected, super pleasant, cordial and on top all a gifted doctor. He truly cares anout his patients and their well being. After multiple failed surgeries with another doctor, he took on a very challenging job. Each surgery he performed was quick, painless and recovery was super quick. He personally called to follow up on how I was doing post my initial procedure. I can't even believe that after such a long journey, I will be able to complete my smile. I will be forever grateful to Dr Jacobs.

I had an amazing experience having two wisdom teeth removed. I’ll be honest I was very nervous going into this procedure and shared the anxiety I was having over it. The Doctor and his incredible team were very confident and assured me I would be fine.
