We love being a patient of Dr Z! My sixteen year old daughter wanted to straighten her bottom teeth, but didn’t want traditional braces on the front of her teeth or Invisalign. Dr Z explained the ins and outs of all of her options and my daughter decided on the sneaky behind her teeth braces. I am really shocked at the transformation after just three months! Dr Z’s guidance, warmth, patience and humor are so so appreciated. My daughter is not an easy peasy kid and this whole process has been a breeze so far! Thanks Dr Z and team!

Dr. Z and the office staff are amazing! My two children were treated by Dr. Z when they were teenagers and received excellent care. When I decided I wanted to get Invisalign, I went to Dr. Z for a consult. I am so happy with the results. Dr. Z accommodated my request to remove the Invisalign brackets for my son’s wedding so they wouldn’t be seen in the photos and put them back on for me right after the wedding! The office staff is friendly and the office runs very smoothly.

We’re very pleased with our care at Dr Z’s. She’s super knowledgeable and definitely on the forefront of care. The office staff is extremely professional and responsive. It’s not the type of office where you don’t have access to Dr. Z or wait days before an administrator gets back to a call or email. Very attentive! Plus, the waiting room music is the best & WiFi access is key! 😄

Dr. Zeifman is the best! We started seeing her soon after she opened her practice. Dr. Z and her staff have always been warm and welcoming, a true family atmosphere. She really cares about the kids and the community. My two girls have since completed both phases and their teeth and smiles look fabulous. There were never any unexpected charges. She collaborates well with our dentist too. If your child needs braces or other orthodontics, you can't go wrong with Dr. Z.

Dr. Z has made the first phase of braces for my son easy and as pleasant as it could possibly be. I was uneasy when the dentist told me to go see an orthodontist for my son when he was 8. It felt so early! But Dr. Z has been wonderful at explaining what needs to be done and she is so kind and sweet w/my kid. Now we are almost ready to get them off and I can't believe what a breeze it's been. Also the staff and office have been wonderful during this weird COVID time. They have taken all safety precautions and I always feel good about being there. AND - whenever we've had issues (wire sticking out/etc), someone has always been quick to get back to me and help - or to fit in my son w/no notice. I have felt very supported! Highly recommend Dr. Z and her practice! You'll be in good hands.

After a very long search for a female orthodontist with a gentle, kind and empathetic bedside manner, I have finally found it in Dr. Zeifman and her office staff member Nicole. My daughter and I have been treated with respect and understanding from the get-go. Both Dr. Z and Nicole have gone above and beyond what’s required to make us feel like we are in reliable, honest, capable, knowledgeable hands. We haven’t even begun treatment yet, but we have all the information we need in advance of getting the braces put on, to help us rest easy that we’ve made the right choice. Their availability and willingness to answer all my questions with lightening speed and easy to understand explanations, has made this initial process the smoothest, most straight forward experience I’ve ever had with any dentist or doctor. I highly recommend Zeifman Orthodontics to anyone, but especially to parents of children who might be more nervous or hesitant and sensitive than the average child. For our first meeting, at her suggestion, Dr. Z met us casually, out of the office, so that my daughter could feel as comfortable as possible and be put at ease. No one, I repeat, NO ONE in the medical field, has ever gone out of their way like this to help put us at ease. I am grateful and more than pleased. Dr. Zeifman is the best. I went to her as an adult, I was told all my life that in order to fix my teeth I needed massive oral surgery. I went to her just to consult and she was truly brilliant. She was straight forward and honest, based on what I wanted and set the right expectations. I am so happy with the results, truly beyond what I expected. She is super nice and her staff is amazing too. I smile a lot now and don't feel self conscious. I am so happy. She is a solid 10!!!!

I am so pleased that we have chosen Zeifman Orthodontics for our orthodontic journey. Dr. Z put us immediately at ease with her kindness, knowledge and professionalism and always talks to my son as a person. She listens with empathy and care and answers our millions of questions with the utmost patience and understanding and my son absolutely loves her.And then there is the amazing Nicole. Where to start....I cannot possibly say enough about Nicole and the warmth and professionalism she exudes. This whole process was overwhelming at first (my son has a relatively, for us at least, complicated case) I cannot express how much I appreciate Nicole's positive energy, compassion and follow up. She is always the first to offer a warm welcome and a comforting smile and the one to send us off with a compassion and words of encouragement. That means so much. She is also extraordinary in her follow ups and scheduling as well as answering a million questions (insurance, scheduling, emergency visits etc.).

Dr. Zeifman is a true artist and master of her craft. She not only accommodated all of my requests but made the process enjoyable along the way. I started the process pre COVID restrictions and was able to get in for appointments as soon as guidelines were worked out. Her staff is amazing and super friendly. I always left with a smile (better than the last appointment)! Highly recommend for all ages.
