Showed up for an appt. Only to be ignored by the front desk all while they continued to talk and proceeded not to even have eye contact with me or my family for the first 5 min. We were the only customers there to be seen that morning .As we were leaving, ONLY THEN did they acknowledge us and ask if we had an appt. Bad customer service, not welcoming, especially for our first time there. Never entertain businesses that don't even welcome or acknowledge you.

I scheduled an appt at the Ofallon location for 2/19/24. Was an appointment to bring my family in for a consultation. To give context we are a bi-racial family. We showed up on time and were the first patients of the day. The office did not welcome us, speak or even acknowledge that any us were there and so we just sat there. We continued to wait for them to even speak to us as they continued to talk to each other. We finally got sick of being ignored so my wife and I and the kids left. The individuals behind the desk as we were walking out the door asked one of the kids if they had an appt. Which should have been asked prior to us walking out of the door. They made no attempt to apologize or make contact after.

My daughter is 12 years old and started seeing this team 2 years ago. The first year consisted of 2 check-ins to see how her teeth were progressing. During this time they took pictures and explained an action plan. The 2nd year, my daughter had her appliance put on in August 2022. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. We go in for adjustments every 4-6weeks and they are always on time and very speedy. The have an excellent reward system that motivates my daughter to take care of her braces. The only thing I’d like to improve is that they are open on Fridays. It’s not a huge deal and the service they provide really makes up for that.

I love White Orthodontics! Everyone is so nice from the very start to even after you are done with your journey on getting your brand new smile. The workers are all supper friendly and ask you how you are doing and whats going on in your life. They also make sure that everything works for you. Example: the workers make sure that nothing is poking you and that it isn't hurting you. I highly recommend them they are the most likely to do good at what they are there for and at helping your appointments be more enjoyable than you could ever think the would be.— Madison

I absolutely LOVE this office! I went in for my free consultation today and it was a very positive experience. Miss Michelle and Dr. White were so very polite and professional and they answered all the questions I had. Miss Michelle was even able to make this even more affordable for me as my insurance does not offer coverage or benefits for orthodontia. I called back with a question and the receptionist Miss Genevieve was able to answer it for me very promptly. Very knowledgeable and wonderful staff. This is definitely the office I will be going to for my orthodontic needs and I recommend that you do as well.Just giving an update as I am approaching two years since getting my braces removed. I truly wouldn’t be upset if I had to get braces again one day if it meant I could be a patient at this office again. From the minute you walk in the door, to the moment you check out, and even after, you are treated with such kindness and everyone is so compassionate and caring. I absolutely recommend White Orthodontics to any and EVERYONE with orthodontic needs. My photos are before I got braces, while I had them, and after! I love my smile and this office!

We are very pleased with the professionalism and friendliness of this office. They are very good with my 8 year old and encourage her to do all the right things to make her braces experience a good and fast one. We highly recommend them for your orthodontic needs and with two offices in StL county and St Charles county you have options.

Every person who works at White Orthodontics is fantastic! I love that I get at least a few laughs at each appointment on top of my teeth looking increasingly wonderful with each visit. I can’t recommend this office enough. Everyone is so friendly but I have to give an extra shoutout to Laura because she is my favorite person I’ve encountered at any medical or dental office! Getting braces as an adult doesn’t have to be a bad experience!

I love love love everyone at White Orthodontics! From my consultation to my very first appointment, everyone has been so kind to me. I just got my braces put on and Laura was the sweetest! She kept me laughing the whole time which was great because it made the process go by faster. She was so thorough about explaining everything that she was doing and walked me through the whole braces application process step by step. I love it at White Orthodontics and cannot wait to come back to the office for all of my future appointments. So happy I chose this place for my orthodontics treatment!

I wish that I didn't have to give them 1 star because they don't deserve it. This place is horrible and they are a ripoff. I called today to get my son's metal retainer fixed to find out that I have an unpaid balance of $257 from 2016. When I called in April 2016 I was given my remaining balance at the time that I paid in full. When I called today I was advised that a couple of months after I paid my balance in full is when Olsen & White realized that they have underestimated the price they gave me. I called my insurance company who stated that they were only billed once in 2015. The insurance company should have been billed again. Instead, I was told that I'm responsible to pay the "underestimated" balance before they can repair my son's retainer that's sticking him in the top of his mouth. I am reporting this to the BBB. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

Olson and White is so amazing. My brother Ben was so comfortable woth his braces and now his retainer. My friend Nyeela is loving her time with Olson and White. They ha e amazing staff and their customer service is amazing and they know how to handle things. They can get you in and out in at least 10 minutes. They tell you what's appointments they have open and they can customize your appointment to what fits you schedule. I absolutely love them.
