Extremely friendly and inviting staff. Always ready to assist you in any way they can. The office and equipment are kept very clean and sanitary. They take the time to explain and listen to your concerns. The dentists are very skilled and professional. My experience so far has been great. I highly recommend them.

I usually never write a review online, but I absolutely had to for this clinic. I am very picky and tend to have a hard time trying out a new dentist. However, at the Flushing Family Dental Care, I really feel supported with all of my concerns. I’d specifically like to give recognition to Dr. Bersaud, she explains everything excellently and really makes sure you are comfortable throughout the whole experience. I never had encountered such great customer service and dedication. It really is reassuring and I know I am in good hands at this place. Thank you!

Office of DDS Roman Aronov Better late than never, first time in this dental office, 1st impressions; courteous and efficient staff, (Monica, Ana, Kenya) neat/clean place, excellent dentist "bedside " manners, close to my home. 10/13/22 update: I found her! My ideal dental hygienist, Ariana! Just like Dr. A, Ariana has great bedside manners & skills. I felt at home with this facility 😻 Highly recommended 👌 2/12/25: came in for dental cleaning. Everyone here is incredibly kind and professional. The nurse who sets everything up for the dentist is especially warm and welcoming, making you feel at ease. The dentist is genuinely focused on helping you, not upselling, which makes the experience even better!

Dr. Roman is very nice, knowledgeable. He takes his time with you! He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. The assistants and front desk ladies are nice and helpful.

I'm updating my review I'm a little weary about the new people that joined the practice question to the dentist the original dentist that owned the practice and sold it to you was a great dentist cared about your personal health explained everything in the X-ray . showed you everything they did not look to do extra work.. . Did the bare minimum he sold the practice to you he couldn't make enough money to support his family that's why he sold the practice now you have three people plus a hygienist seems a little sketchy to me seems like there's a lot of upsell there it's about patient care and caring about their overall health with their dental I do miss the old dentist I will not be going back there anymore and you shouldn't either I think they'll be out of business in about 6 to 8 months,............................................... ...... Update as of December 24..... I'm going to contact an attorney to find out if I can sue for substandard dental service and malpractice I was sold a service and promised they would be good for life I paid 600 bucks out of my pocket besides what they charged by insurance at the time now I went to another dentist for a second opinion he said the work that was done is shady and you have to be replaced I do not know how long Dr Roman in practicing but he should go back to school and get some more training ... Because of his bad overall attention to dental work you screwed up my mouth bad now I have to pay for it big time stay away from this guys.
