Up to date I’ve had a [positive] experience; I’m extremely grateful that my teeth are spark[ling] and look totally brand new!! I want to compliment Anna ( Hygienist ), Jasmin( Office Manager ), Christine (Dental Assistant ) , Dalma ( Front Desk) and of course, Dr. Krishnan. .Hope I didn't leave anyone out.They are all a wonderful team !FIRST REVIEW ;I just called this office a few times today and spoke each time to Christine . She is extremely patient , friendly and patient . She gave me all the information that I wanted and needed . Dr. Krishnan and her staff are amazing without a doubt. Since I been in their care, I never encountered anything other than the best patient care. The periodontal surgery I underwent, which was daunting at first, was handled with such expertise and precision that the results were nothing short of amazing. The improvement in my gum health was evident almost immediately, and the follow-up care ensured a comfortable recovery. What truly sets her apart is her dedication to her patient's care. Her collaboration with my orthodontist is a testament to her commitment to dental health. I am genuinely blown away and grateful for the exceptional service I receive every time I show up and highly recommend this place to anyone in need of specialized dental care!

Dr Krishnan services and staff are excellent. I was confident that i received the proper care and attention from Dr. Krishnan, her hygienists and front desk staff. They are professional, patient and really care about your wellbeing. Periodontology is a very specialized field; it prevents gum disease and treatment. you really want to use someone that is skilled and competent. I highly recommend Dr. Krishnan.

Scheduling an initial appt was an unpleasant experience to begin with. I was calling in from work during my break and when I asked for the address, the receptionist told me. I was a little flustered and I repeated back what I thought I'd heard and said, is that right? The lady laughed at me and said, sarcastically, no, honey, that's not what I said. And I had to respond, sorry.. could you repeat yourself then?My husband and I scheduled for the first appointment on a Saturday because we were tight on time. We made sure to get there early, also knowing that it was only the initial consult so it shouldn't have taken that long. He was told that the doctor had to squeeze in an "emergency appt," only after he followed up about the delay. So my husband waited another 20 minutes past his appt time before he just walked out. Then he shared that the front desk was unpleasant, appeared to be gossiping in another language amongst themselves, and just generally lacking in good customer service. We will not be going back

I thought I wouldn’t write this review because what is the point to write it? Nothing will change. I think to write something like this is just a waste of time. After that, I realized that my review might help others.I visited 3 times. 1st time, Dr Krishnan’s assistant took my x-ray and nothing else.2nd time she did half of my teeth for deep cleaning. While Dr. doing my teeth cleaning, what exactly she did, I’d like to put it here for other patients to pay attention to. She was treating me as if I was illiterate. That I don’t have money nor an education. I got severe physical pain that I never had in my life for cleaning my teeth. I know vey well what should pain should occur since I did it several times. She kept saying to not make my equipment dirty. There was no assistance to help the doctor. She treated me like I came from different country and I cannot say whatever because she thinks she can treat people like us. She has a bad attitude and responded to some review saying that she “doesn’t have this kind of patient record. But I have all the proof and bills if anybody wants to see.3rd time, she did the rest of my teeth for deep cleaning and while she was cleaning my teeth, she told me to swallow the dirty stuff when it comes up during cleaning. She said that because she didn’t want it to spill over her equipment. Obviously, I’d spit it out in a sink or something, but does she seriously have to think that lowly of me? Does she even do this with other patients?They filed a $756 (including 3 visit) fee for consultation and service fee. I called insurance and asked them why I have to pay $252 dollar from my pocket. Insurance explained me we don’t pay for taking X-Ray. The receptionist told me that my insurance does not cover the initial visit where I only had my x-ray and nothing else. Now, I have to pay $252.I’ve had appointments, heading to the doctor and I was a little late but then I got a call from the doctor’s office. They said my appointment was cancelled, and that I have to do it after one month. On the second time, they cancelled my appointment a 2nd time without any prior notification.I wanted to get gum implants done by the referral by a friend. He recommended me to see this Periodontist in Rego Park but to be honest with you, based on my terrible experience and all the reviews I read on here, I skipped her. I gave up trying to visit anymore and won’t recommend them to anybody.Still, I could not forget her. How much she humiliated me that I can not take this situation out of mind.Not she humiliated me, she also hurt deeply psychologically .

Dr. Krishnan was a referral from my dentist for a periodontal evaluation. I needed to get a deep cleaning, and the procedure was done in 2 sessions. I had a very pleasant experience with no pain; everyone from this office is very nice and professional. I was told what my charges were up front and there were no surprises. I have a follow up for a final evaluation after the cleanings. I am very happy I went for the evaluation and cleanings to help reverse my issue. Thank you!

Dr. Krishnan and her staff are extremely professional , knowledgable and attentive. They are always available to answer any and all questions and concerns. She is great at keeping her appointments so that you arent wiaitng around. I want to get 2 implants done.Last Thursday, I went to get see a dentist that I have Known since 2003, I had my teeth cleaned up and told him that I'd be getting two implants, he recommended me to see this Periodontist in Rego Park but to be honest with you based on all the reviews I read on here, I will skip her...She looks bad.
