Wow! Is honestly all I can say! No one likes going to the dentist, but I could honestly say this is the best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist! Dr Graves was seriously amazing! I ended up having to get a root canal and I honestly felt so laid back and I was completely pain free. This was my first time at this dental clinic, and well sometimes you don’t know if you’re choosing the right dental office, but for sure I’m happy I chose this one! . I’m always so tense and nervous at the dentist and Dr Graves made me feel super comfortable! Also, the clinic is so beautiful! I was amazed on how modern and clean this clinic was! Honestly by far a great experience! Thank you Dr Graves!!

I had a very ugly experience with the h front desk officer today. She lied against me and ended up canceling my appointment after driving for more than 30 minutes to get to the Forney Wellness center. This is not the first time the same lady was rude to me. I really do not think I am coming back there and so will my family as one of the ladies that is supposed to be the first point of contact for your patient is clearly not trained enough to communicate with people. I am so disappointed.

Overall it’s a great place and super clean.I have received dental care from this location for many years and the staff is welcoming. Allisa is knowledgeable, gentle and does an excellent job each time. She is also attentive to the client’s comfort during the procedure.My treatment plan was clearly explained to me. I have had a few dental procedures done by Dr. Graves, he is highly skilled and professional. I recommend Forney Wellness Dental

Never been a fan of going to the dentist, but today’s experience could change all that! Friendly staff, straightforward treatment and options, Dr. Graves is 🔥! Wasn’t planning on a filling today, but I’ve got one now and didn’t feel a thing! Already scheduled my next visit. I honestly was dreading going, but there’s no judgement and no tears here!!

Make multiple trips to the office making sure my information and insurance was clear only to find out nothing was done the first time had to redo the paperwork. Second time insurance verification was put in wrong, third time they only had one insurance information logged in I had to ask her to add it then after all those trips back and forth to this dental off and being ask for a $40.00 copay while having a dual dental plan. She verify my insurance and tells me; I'M SORRY WE DON'T TAKE YOUR INSURANCE. WHAT IN THE WORLD HAPPEN TO CUSTOMER SERVICE, WHAT HAS HAPPEN TO SOME OF THESE HEALTH CARE PLACE'S?? HEAR ME LOUD AND CLEAR...!!! WHEN A PERSON WALK INTO YOUR OFFICE/HOSPITAL ETC... THE FRONT DESK DETERMINES WEATHER HE/SHE/THEY WILL EVER RETURN OR CONSIDER MAKING YOU A PERMANENT DOCTOR ETC....SAME BY PHONE. LOOK LIKE YOU WANT TO HELP SOMEONE, SPEAK AND SMILE AND IF SOMEONE ASK A QUESTION AT LEAST TRY TO FIND OUT THE ANSWER INSTEAD OF SAYING I DON'T THINK SO, I'M NOT SURE, WELL MY GOD FIND OUT. I WAS JUST DONE.....!!!!!!

This is one of the better Dental practices I have ever used.Nothing but smiles and business up front. The front staff is on top of their game.Dr Graves and all the medical staff are super caring, efficient and cognizant of my time and needs.I don’t have insurance and they gave me great rates that are fair and allow me to take care of my teeth.Well done

I had a bad tooth that really needed to get pulled and my husband schedule me an appointment for the next day and within 15 minutes the tooth was out and I was no longer in pain and they let me keep it because I’m weird and they did not judge me on it lol . They are super friendly and answer any questions you have and super quick I love going to them.

I have been bringing my daughter here since she was a baby and I have been coming here for years now. Every single time I’ve came in to the office they have received us with a smile! They have the best staff in the back and in the front! I genuinely love how they take care of their patients. You wouldn’t regret coming in as a parent or for yourself.

I got my cavities filled here. It started off fine but once the dentist started filling my cavities he began having a highly inappropriate conversation with the dental assistant about other patients vomiting during their appointment. I don’t know about you but while getting cavities filled I certainly do not like hearing my dentist talk in detail about vomit. When I told them to stop they simply switched their topic to patients passing out and divulged private patient information about who had passed out before. They continued to talk about vomiting but just didn’t use the word vomit. Very rarely did they check in with me to make sure I was ok and the dental assistant kept spraying too much water in my mouth and not suctioning out and for most of the duration of the procedure I was choking on water. Absolutely worst dental experience I’ve ever had. I will not be returning.

Today was a fresh start for me, I feel confident that here forward things are going to look up for me. Dr. Graves made me feel so at ease, mostly by listening to my main concerns. The staff, they were pleasant and made me feel very comfortable. From the young lady doing x-rays to the receptionist desk, you guys are awesome. I so much appreciate your patience with me. I was referred by a family member and so glad I listened to him. I am so excited and looking forward to the outcome of my soon be fabulous smile.Louise
