I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Freeman and his staff. No wonder they were voted the Best of Ft. Lauderdale - it shows! When you walk in the door, you are greeted with a warm smile by the ladies in the front. The consultation appointment was smooth and there were no surprises. Ashley and Courtney are super nice & efficient. Dr. Freeman is very knowledgable and professional. He will not stop until your teeth are perfect! I am so pleased with my teeth after using the Precision aligners. I cannot reccomend this office enough!!

After growing up never having braces, I wanted to finally straighten my teeth. I had heard multiple great reviews of Dr. Freeman and over the past two years have been using Dr. Freeman’s custom aligners and could not be happier with the results! I was lied to as they wanted to collect money and have me commit to their proposalAfter x-rays were taken, the office staff asked me to make my next appointment and now mentioned that the plantation office was going to be under construction and they were waiting to hear from the general contractor. Because of the construction, moving forward, I would need to be seen in their Fort Lauderdale office. No less than 2 weeks later, I receive a letter that the Plantation practice has been sold to a new orthodontist. What a poor business practice to lie to your potential new customer.

I have entrusted Doctor Freeman with orthodontic care for both my daughter and myself and after 10 months and the conclusion of my care (my daughter's still have a little to go), I am very impressed with his abilities, work ethic, professionalism and kindness. The same goes for his team, from the front desk to the chair assistance, the care has been consistent and extremely professional even from location to location which on my experience is very rare and show a true concern for the clients starting from the top and going all the way down. I would say they made a process that is obviously not fun a very positive experience achieving a great result. Thank you!

Dr. Freeman is the best in the business. He has seen my daughter since she was little and monitored every step of her tooth transformation from baby teeth to adult. Roof expander, head gear, real braces, Invisalign, Precision Aligners just to name some of her treatment to remove her under bite and give her the gorgeous smile she has today! His staff has been consistently kind and patient and always works with us for appointments to accommodate our rigorous school and sport schedule. I HIGHLY recommend DR. FREEMAN!!!! I will be bringing my son in next month for his first appointment. He’s actually excited!! 😊

Dr. Freeman did an excellent job with my teeth using aligners. I felt comfortable wearing the aligners in public because they aren’t noticeable, so it made the process stress-free. He is attentive to his patients’ needs, patient, and is very precise. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I am very happy with the results and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a beautiful smile!

I had a fantastic consultation at Freeman Orthodontist! Growing up, I vividly remember the heavy marketing the Freeman team used to do and at my school and why everyone was so hyped up about it. It’s because they are truly innovative in their work and approach. I truly know that I am in good hands and I am excited to have them help me through everything!

The office and staff are very nice, however I experienced a great deal of incompetence thus far. Early on in my treatment, I received a text confirming an upcoming appointment. However when I arrived at the office they informed me my appointment was later in the week and couldn't explain how I received the mistaken text. Most recently, they uploaded the incorrect scans of my teeth and had all my aligners made incorrectly, wasting yet another of my visits to the office. Maybe it's just my bad luck or they have something personally against me, but after the continued mistakes I would never recommend this office.
