I begin to say that I’m a very happy and satisfied returning customer, first it was with my oldest daughter when she had braces like 5 years ago, the process was smooth and great . then I was back with my youngest daughter like two years ago to the best orthodontist ever and today was the special day, they took the braces off .Dr. Fausto is very nice, funny, friendly , caring and dedicated doctor. you could tell that he really cares about his patients and it brings him pleasure to see the final results. The staff amazing ( Merlin, Veronica and Mayrim) , They treat you like family. Always with smile and positive energy. Also checking your needs and very polite.I recommend them 100 %. Now both of my daughters have perfect teeth thanks to this incredible team. Thank you for everything ❤️

I am so happy with my smile now after 18 months of braces. The doctor is super knowledgeable and cares about his patients, and the employees are so professional and so kind. The cost is so much lower than any of the other orthodontic offices in South Florida. I feel very lucky to have found this place and highly recommend without a doubt.

Everyone here is very nice and thorough in explaining all the procedures and processes. I’ve never felt uncomfortable coming here and was always greeted by my name at the door when I came in for an appointment. I gave 4 stars because when I started my treatment I wanted to use a Groupon but the doctor talked me out of it. And then near the end of my Invisalign treatment I wasn’t satisfied with the results and wanted to claim my free revision. The doctor told me I didn’t qualify for the free revision and I had to pay an extra $600 after I paid $5000 for the treatment. My mother, father, sister and aunt all had invisalign and was never charged for their first revision. Overall I am satisfied with the results of my smile and the staffs knowledge and customer service. I just wish I could have used my Groupon and had the free revision in writing before I started treatment.

I cannot say enough good things about Hollywood Orthodontics. Everyone in the office is "client-oriented" and professional. Jackie and Marlyn (I hope I spelled it correctly!) are outstanding in every way. They are always willing to answer questions and to work with me to find an appointment that's most convenient for my son and me. Dr. Nicieza (I hope I spelled it correctly!) is caring and devoted to the orthodontic "wellness" of his patients. My son has had his braces for nearly two years and he has never balked at going to Hollywood Orthodontics for his monthly checkups. I give Hollywood Orthodontics my highest recommendation!

This is probably one of the most organized & efficient doctor's office. You're never left waiting for your scheduled appt, all the girls who work there are friendly, professional & genuinely courteous. Dr. Nicieza is a gem!! He's so personable. He won't b.s. you either. He tells you straight up what you need & what your options are. No more, no less. It has been an absolute pleasure being a patient there.

I recieved wonderful service from Dr.Nicieza and his staff. I recieved my braces over 1 year ago and had monthly appointments that were i formative, helpful, and encouraging throughout the process.
