Patient beware!! I had an appointment that I scheduled six months ago and, when I called to reconfirm, was told that the office was closed. They said they contacted me but no one contacted me. My insurance allows two cleanings a year and since this was the last day in December I’m out a cleaning!! . And six months ago the office recommended a procedure I did not need (that was out of pocket)!! My dentist for many years stopped taking insurance so now I will l ask him for a recommendation (instead of looking up a dentist on Google!- big mistake). I was never comfortable that I was getting professional service there, like I felt with my former dentist and my periodontist. Choose wisely and don’t choose Fort Lee Smiles!!

When Dr Kagen told me he was retiring I was upset for after 25 years. He told me not to worry. I then got to meet Dr Gedeon and was extremely happy. I have been with him since I took over the office. He is so professional and kind. He work is outstanding. He treats his patients like family. I would recommend him highly to anyone. His staff is also extremely helpful to answer any question you may have and happy to make an appointment for you.

The dentist is okay but the office personnel which was very good but now it's total chaos and totally clueless and unprofessional. I went to a new dentist who requested three different times my records especially my x-rays to no avail. I also requested a phone call from the dentisttwo times, again no response what soever. My new dentist requested a phone call from fort lee smiles dentist and got no response. !I can no longer recommend them due to these issues.

I made an appointment for my daughter to remove 2 teeth ( i explain the situation to the secretary that an oral surgeon was needed and she agreed that the dentist was able to do the procedure) When I got there they seemed desperate to retrieve my insurance information then they called me to a room and took xrays because they didnt want to use the xray i brought from last year. then when the dentist got in he told me that was not able to remove her teeth and told me to go to an oral surgeon even though that was what it was told since the beginning with his secretary. Then, the secretary apologized about the situation and said she was not going to submit any claim to my insurance BUT she lied because she ended up submitting the claim. This was an scam for me. Now i will have to pay the service to another dr. What it was already expensed in this office.

It was my first time going to fort lee smiles and Venus was the Best Hygienist l ever had. She was very thorough with the cleaning. She explained in details what l needed. I’m so happy that l found the right office. Nadia explained in details my finances. I’m grateful to have met two great people. Dr G, is top of the line. God Bless you all and staff.

It was my first initial visit and what a wonderful experience! Fran at the front desk is very attentive and makes you feel at home. Jane the hygienist is amazing! Very friendly and made me feel at home. Dr. Gideon is a super star! He is the type of dentist that you want on your team. He evaluated my dental needs and provided a clear break down on the work to be done step by step. I was made to feel like part of the family! If you need dental care; please make an appointment you will definitely not be disappointed!

We just moved from Westchester NY and had to find a new dentist.. Dr Simon Gedeon already came with many high recommendations, but the visit to his office was unparalleled to any dentists I’ve ever experienced!! Being older I’ve had my share of complications but remained always vigilant to the health of my teeth. My daughter much younger with less problems, except having the typical issues related to wearing a night guard.From the moment we entered his hygienically clean an comfortable office with an totally equipped staff (Nadia- front desk) All full of knowledge; we found ourselves in the mist of true professionals. His thorough hygienist (Donna) performed tests-with strategic cleaning while explaining information to every tooth in my mouth. I felt so well taken care of and best Dr. Gedeon bedside manner which is extremely “skillful and secure” ; I appreciated his truthful diagnosis of my current status… without adding extra stress ~ a true gentleman in his profession.To cap off a great visit was the promotion he extended as new patients to Fort Lee/Bergen County. He’s worth anyone’s first visit forever !!

Our family is in love with Dr. Gedeon! Such a professional, passionate and kind person he is! Our son moved to Florida and planning to come beck for his annual to see Dr. Gedeon! Our 11 year old daughter is his patient since she is 5. I am highly recommending him as your dentist. I have terrible teeth and probably had all possible procedures done with Dr. Gedeon. You will not regret your choice and would absolutely love him too!
