I’ve been coming here since this dentist office opened up in the Centreport area. Dr. Lala is very kind and caring. She and her whole staff are very helpful and go above and beyond what you would expect out of your typical dentist office. I have referred many friends here over the years and I will personally be coming here for many years to come. If you’re looking for a new dentist I suggest you give this office a try. You won’t regret it!

So, I haven’t been to the dentist years due to fear. I started having oral problems and decided to face my fears. When I tell you the staff is sooo welcoming and warm. Dr. Lala is a gem. She took her time with me. Explained everything she was doing step by step. She has very gentle hands and a voice of reassurance. Would definitely recommend!!

Dr Lala such a fantastic, great, professional, nice, friendly dentist ever. She is the only dentist was super patient with me by dealing with my fear from dental work. I trusted her to do all my dentist work, and I will will keep going to her always.Her stuff is extremely nice, helpful, professional, I highly recommend Dr. Lala.Thank you so much

I had a great day today at Centreport Smiles. Without a doubt will be my permanent home to keep my teeth healthy. Bhima is professional and very knowledgeable and treated me with care. She was friendly and that made it warming and comfortable…… Dr. Lala is the best dentist that I have ever had in my life! You can tell that she has a love for her profession and I can appreciate that. On top of that she is Very Beautiful!!! The whole staff was professional. Thank you for allowing me in ;-)

I’ve lost all fear of going to the dentist.Bhima was there with me while the laughing gas was doing it’s thing, she was so nice even tho I couldn’t stay quiet. And super helpful during the procedure.Also, Marco was super helpful and patient with me after trying to get my blood pressure down for a really long time (had anxiety couldn’t relax) and couldn’t do any procedure that day.Jessica was super knowledgeable and very easy to approach when I had any questions about paperwork.And last but not least, Dr. Lala, she’s my hero, I went from having a phobia of going to the dentist to, “I can’t wait to go back and do more stuff to my teeth.” Apart from being professional you get the feeling she is a very kind and caring person and loves what she does.I’m glad I chose this Dental clinic because I for sure know that I’ve made this my primary Dentist!P.S. FOR ANYONE READING REVIEWS Please, if you are embarrassed (like me) to go to the Dentist because of the poor state of your teeth. It’s never too late. I have just barely overcame a very deep and awful depression that was with me for almost two decades. And I’m glad I got help. c:

We have been coming here for years Dr Lala is the best Dentist she is very caring and always answers all my questions she is very knowledgeable and informative, I take all of my children to see her why because we love her and they always have the most pleasant experience, my son just sits there like a big boy he is so comfortable there. Thank you to all the staff that always makes us feel comfortable and at home

4/1/2023Doctor lala drilled me in the eye with a drill but somehow my teeth are perfect now! My eyes hanging my thread it looks like that scene from hostel....she's evil!!!! A monster!!! It is kind of cool that I can see like below and to the left of me at the same time..... It's just really annoying having to clean a trail blood everywhere.....Honestly......Look at the date 🙄But they ask for reviews and honestly they are just still as great as they were yearsago. I've gone through several root canals and there's been issues of course. But every time they've been willing to work with me in a very non stressful way which at the time and still time is quite different than most other. Medical places I go to, I am referring to financial responsibilities. So old re view still same..... Honestly I don't care to reread it anyways but I gave it five stars and I still feel that way....................A dentist office, by a liquor store.AwesomeIn seriousness,the staff there was awesome. The entire visit took less time then, and <Dental Chain here located near by, redacted>.It took Centreport smiles about 1.45 hours an a few more and to explain stuff, in totalAllow me to give you example of the quality of other offices nearby, go on, grab a cup of tea, and enjoy.Visit 1 at a different clinic: nIt took <redacted> 1 hour to give me an x ray, then the saddest excuse I've seen as a cleaning., I could have stayed at work did work they did!Both of these procedures were just for cleanings!If you're plan covers Dr. Lala's clinic, I highly suggest her! Her staff is awesome.I immediately reschedule for the next week to murder some dental caries.

I love Dr. Lala and her staff. Having had a terrible dental experience as a teenager I’m a bit wiggy at the dentist. I’ve gotten better as I’ve gotten older and Dr. Lala has helped with that. Today threw me for a loop as they attempted to do things out of order (to my way of thinking) and I got upset (irrationally, tbh). They were all so kind and patient with me. I would highly recommend this dentist and all of the staff at Centreport Smiles.

EVERYTIME I come to this location my son and I are treated with so much 💜 love and respect!! The ladies and gentlemen in the front office are super sweet.. The dentist and dental assistant are AMAZING 🤩 Fast and friendly and are also very thorough about the services that they provide and will perform on their patients.. this is the only dentist we go to.. we’ve been patients for the last three yearsThank you for your services!! We’ll see you guys in six months

Once again, and without fail, Dr. Lala's, expertise, compassion, perfection, professionalism, personality and her genuine sweetness, in addition, to being so very gentile, kind and patient, made this more of a social visit, than a trip to the dentist! She always takes the time to explain everything, give suggestions and let you know step-by-step what your next treatment is. Her staff are five star, and an added bonus to her practice. I’m always meant to feel like family each time I’m there, and we just pick up where we left off with each visit. We moved twice, both times further away from her office, but we continue to make the trip to see Dr. Layla, as she is, without a doubt, the best dentist my husband and I have ever had in our 61 years. Top notch and highly recommended! You don’t know what you’re missing, until you go to Dr. Lala. And I mean that from the bottom of my heart. Her exam rooms are state of the art, brand new, with massage chairs and all the modern amenities for a dental office. PS - I never do reviews, as a rule, but I just had to share this.
