Museum Smiles

After several years I am still traumatized by my experience here. I was told I had about 10 cavities. I had no money and was very sad so I said lets just do the worst ones.When I came back for my appointment to do the fillings for 2 teeth, she was on vacation and there was a substitute dentist. What was supposed to be just a filling turned into a root canal. Something I couldn't afford.I gave her my last dime for a very cheap looking crown. The metal at the top shows through the porcelain. I hate my smile.I've gone to two dentists since then and I they dont see any of those other cavities she said I had. I feel scammed honestly.

I don't know if the price is expensive or reasonable, at least my insurance covers the preventive and it is the most important thing for me, and that is because in no place that I have visited in Fort Worth have they given me a cleaning as deep and complete as the ones they they have made me in this place. For your cleaning and preventive checkups I recommend Dr. Sheri Audu 100%.

Dr. Audu office was nice, clean and the staff was very friendly. I can say it’s been a long time since I’ve felt comfortable at the dentist. Dr. Audu was gentle and she explained the entire process to me. I can appreciate how the attention to detail was displayed. She let me know that if I was in any pain to raise my hand. My teeth cleaning process was a breeze, I feel like I don’t want to dirty my teeth. Thanks for making this experience a breeze!

**Update**This practice has continuously gotten worse over the past year and a half. The doctor doesn’t listen to concerns and pushes her own agenda, doesn’t take the time to explain anything but is very polite about it so you don’t realize she doesn’t have your best interest in mind. The staff is always changing, there’s been visits where it’s only her (she does both the exam and cleaning). Worse part has been a sudden change in pricing, quoted $200 and when I went in for the procedure it had doubled. No longer a patient. Do not recommend.Such a great atmosphere. Especially now during Covid times, the staff is so mindful every step. But everyone is so nice and professional, they take their time but are also so quick to get you in and out with the best experience.

Dr. Audu is a master of her craft. Her and her staff are very friendly, and upfront about your dental needs as well as what the procedure will be like.Dr. Audu is very caring and nurturing (for lack of a better word) making sure you are okay every step of the way.

Not all heroes wear capes and not all dentist experiences are bad. Dr. Audu and her staff are my heroes, they really are. I could’ve hugged them after they completed what I thought would be a terrible procedure; it wasn’t. Dr. Audu was gentle, precise and efficient. Her whole staff made me feel at ease and comfortable; they even let me listen to music during my procedure! I’m so thankful for them and I will be going back. I’m going to tell my entire family and anybody who needs to see a dentist to come see Dr. Audu, I’m glad I did.

If you're looking for a dentist office that makes you feel welcomed and comfortable, look no further! My experience with the staff and Dr. Ardu were wonderful. They were able to squeeze me in quickly when I had a dental issue I needed to get checked out, which was a huge relief! The staff is very friendly and answered any and all of my questions. If you need a sign on whether or not you should come here, this is it!

Such a relieving experience. Dr. Audu and the dental hygienist were kind, informative and non judgmental. I have a fear of dentists and they validated me and took the time that I needed during our appointment.If you're like me and have put off going to the dentist due to fear of being judged or made to feel ashamed- this is your sign! I am so glad I chose Dr. Audu to do my dental work. I was very apprehensive about who to go to for my dental work. I was embarrassed of my smile and to even let a dentist see my mouth. After carefully reading about and exploring as many dentist that l could, I chose muscum Smiles and Im glad I did. I feel comfortable, the atmosphere is excellent and Dr. Audu is gentle and has a wonderful bedside manor. Im currently in the middle of my treatment, which is life changing for me and I couldn't be happier with my choice. I recommend Dr. Audu to any and everyone.

My experience at Museum Smiles was excellent!!! Everyone was very courteous and professional! My new Dentist Dr. Audu was also very caring and patient and a great listener. My hygienist, Mira made sure my teeth were cleaned properly and gave me time for breaks if I started feeling uncomfortable. It had been over 2 years since my last cleaning due to Covid shutdowns and change of insurance. My best dental appointment in a over 15 years! So glad I have a Dental Office I can go to now with peace of mind and comfort!! Thank you Museum Smiles!!
