It is convenient to have these guys be available very quickly to do the removal, but there was a factory feel to it. The best part of the surgery was Ruth's kindness, but the surgeon barely spoke to us. My daughter is a minor, but they didn't have me help wake her up or give her a second to get together. They wheeled her into the lobby looking like she had been beaten up. She still remembers that ppl coiled back when she was wheeled out. Her lip was purple on the side from whatever they used to hold her mouth open. It is now scabbed from the cut they accidentally made. But no one mentioned it. In fact, the surgeon never even spoke to me afterwards. Highly unprofessional. I wouldn't use them again.

Everybody here made me feel so comfortable from start to finish. The nurse anesthetist, the dental assistant, and the oral surgeon all made sure that I knew exactly what was going to happen and thoroughly explained any risks involved. They were super quick, even though they said I was the hardest extraction of the day, and they called me early the next morning to check on me and make sure I didn’t have any questions. They were also very resonably priced. I would absolutely recommend getting your wisdom teeth out here!

Horrible business model!! You can't schedule an appointment unless it's the first one available of the day so you can't plan ahead if you are needing anything in the afternoons. They will call you when certain times of day open (with only a days notice)and you can drop your plans and ask off work with less than 24 hours notice. Horrific business model!

After 2 other dentists failed at removing the tooth, these guys removed the tooth without delay.No pain, quik procedure.100% recommend these guys you need a tooth removed.

My dentist referred me to an oral surgeon who wanted to charge me 4x what I was charged at The Wisdom Tooth Guys. My appt and extractions went smoothly. The doctor in Fort Worth was very thorough and confident so I knew I was in good hands. The anesthesiologist was also confident and informative. I had little to no bleeding and no swelling.10/10 recommend.

I had been putting off getting my wisdom teeth removed for 2 years but I'm so glad I finally got them out. After calling they were able to get me in the next day which I am very grateful. I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed and I'm on day 2 with little to no pain. Dr. Sonneveld was my surgeon, he was very friendly and professional as was the rest of the staff. They provided clear post-op care and make it easy to follow. I walked in at 1:30 and was out within an hour. They are extremely proficient at what they do and make you feel comfortable the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out. Thank you Wisdom Teeth Guys! Would recommend 10/10.

My son is 18-years old he was very worried and scared because he didn't want to have a heart attack for he takes Blood Pressure Pills, he was ensured by the doctor that he will be okay and not remember anything( He stated he saw Monkeys )and he will be fine. The Doctor's were great I enjoyed that I was explained about the procedure and the medication and the staff was very helpful and attentive I'm in a wheel-walker the staff took the time to help me to my car. I listened to the Doctor, I enjoyed listening about Dental. For I work in the field for 30 years. Thank youFor all your support and help.

Doctor Sonnevald is knowledgeable and skilled, it only took 20 minutes for him to preform the procedure. He was very straight to the point and flat.Karime, my assistant was very rude, she made me feel uncomfortable and ultimately ruined my experience . I felt like I was being judged the entire time and the worst part, she was very unclear about post op instructions. When we got home we had no clue what to do. Before my procedure I overheard her telling everyone that I had to use the bathroom. Almost as if she considered me an inconvenience. She rushed me the entire time and had a bad attitude,My CRNA was a gem! She was also very skilled and answered every question I had! I only have one complaint about anesthesia and that was the lack of communication. I was never even given a heads up that the procedure starting. I just would’ve appreciated a little more communication because I woke up before they were even done. I couldn’t feel anything but I remember looking around and was very confused.I would pay more money if I had to go through this again so that I didn’t have to use this company. If they slowed down and communicated more thoroughly it would have fixed many of the issues I had. (But I believe they are able to offer a low flat rate because they rush people in and out)

My experience with the wisdom teeth guys was higher than a 5/5 .. it was absolutely amazing.From before I even arrive, from the start of my procedure until the end. Everyone was support comforting and informative. I have very high anxiety and I was so nervous and afraid of the “what ifs” that I had in my head but, they kept me calm, reassuring they would provide me with the absolute best care they could and they did JUST that. Thank you to the doctor and the team of amazing staff that went above and beyond for me. I am now home, on my 2 day of pre-op with minimal swelling and minimal pain. I have stuck to my aftercare sheet to the “T” and it’s been a breeze. I took my granddaughter Katelyn to Ft. Worth from Sweetwater, Texas by referral of our dentist in Abilene. I was not looking forward at all going that far to see Wisdom Tooth guys, to have all 4 of her wisdom teeth pulled. I am glad we were sent there. The doctors/dentists were awesome and the nurses and rest of the staff. They did a great job in record time even putting her to sleep for procedure. They also called her in 6 prescriptions for pain med, steroids, mouthwash, and antibiotics. Dentists we have went to here that other kids have gotten all their wisdom teeth pulled would barely give them ibuprofen for the pain. She was nearly in tears on the way home after about an hour from the pain but overall her mouth looks great and she’s doing good. Happy with them so far.
