I consulted TK Orthodontics after I noticed a shift in my teeth after having traditional braces removed 30 + years ago. Dr. Kwon recommended Invisalign. In just 15 short months and Dr Kwon’s expertise, my alignment is perfect. It’s even better than when I originally got my braces off.Dr. Kwon and his staff are professional, efficient, and organized. But also kind, caring, and friendly which makes for a pleasant experience during appointments. I couldn’t have found a better orthodontic practice for my Invisalign installation. I would encourage anyone who is wanting to straighten their bite and feel a new sense of confidence to consult with TK Orthodontics. You won’t be sorry and you’re never too old for a beautiful smile.

I've been a patient for over 6months now. The staff and Dr. Kwon are very attentive and are very welcoming. At first, I wasn't sure to get invisalign or braces, but Dr. Kwon was prepared to answer my questions clearly I ultimately decided to get invisalign. It's just as efficient as braces! It is a slow process but you will definitely see results around the 6months mark!

The office is very clean, the staff works very efficiently, short wait times, kind staff and doctors. It is nice how they are working to get everyone in and out as fast as possible while also spending time with patients simply just talking in between. Dr. Kwon and Dr. Haven are very informed, kind professionals who I have trusted with my teeth for years. Highly recommend!

3 years ago I started the path towards an intensive double jaw surgery in which I was going to need ortho work around. The surgeon recommended Havens Orthodontics above all the others in town and after my experience it’s clear to see why. The whole process has gone smoothly throughout the years, every appointment seemed effective and productive, and the staff is always kind and timely as I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes in the waiting room. 10/10 would recommend.

I have been going to Dr. Haven’s and Dr. Kwon for about three years now and I recommend everyone who’s looking to get braces to them. Dr. Kwon has taken over for Dr. Haven but the level of care and hospitality has no changed one bit. I had to get braces a second time and i’m so glad I went to them for the second time because my braces journey was amazing and they listened to all my concerns and made sure I was ready and comfortable with getting my braces off. Definitely, definitely recommend!!

Thank you to everyone at Haven’s! 2 years ago when my son got his braces he was nervous about the process. Everyone at Haven’s were very nice and professional answering questions and explaining the process. We had a few times where a wire broke and they got us in the very next day. Today was the day my son got his braces taken off. We are very satisfied with the results. Dr. Wong explained everything in great detail and we left satisfied. Waited a hour to be seen. 7 people came in after us and was seen before us. I had to go remind the front desk that we were still here. She comes back 10 mins later to say…oh we’re just waiting for a chair for you. Normally we don’t allow parents to go back there…then….another 10 mins later they call my child back there and I can’t go back there. Please be mindful of people’s time.

It was ok didn't like that you were forced to wear a mask. Seemed like all the workers don't have a very good work communication because we had to explain to different workers the same information.Had to transfer my daughter to a new orthodontist because she moved to a different city to live with me she needed about 6 months of treatment left. They tried to charge a $500 transfer fee which sounded a little fishy. And there payment plan was a lot of money down and 6 big monthly payments. Went to another orthodontist for another opinion and since my daughters teeth had minimal work left they said there's no need to transfer all her paper work from the other orthodontist. They said that only needs to be done for patience with extensive work.
