Glad that I choose to come here for my dental needs after searching them up on google. Very first visit today and everything went well had a great experience. The xray tech who i forgot her name was amazing. She made me feel so comfortable during my xray and while i was waiting for the dr. The dr herself was very nice as well. I was able to get deep cleaning & gum treatment done all in one day. Hygienist did a wonderful job. The ladies at the front desk was helpful, nice and amazing, they explained everything from billing and also what I'll need done in my next future visits. Im happy with my visit today. ☺️

Best dentist office we’ve ever been to! Great customer service from the Dr & all the staff and they are always very helpful and making sure the patient is comfortable! They walk you through what they are going to do so there aren’t any surprises. They are very organized, don’t make you wait long. My kids and I always have a good visit.

Very friendly, amazing staff from the front to the back. Very affordable and works with you in getting a payment plan going. Other dentists i went to just wanted to upsell me in tooth whitening and didn't care to address my tooth pain when I declined the service. Here they tell you let's deal with this now and think cosmetics later. I will recommend to all family and friends

Exceptional Care and Service at Sunnyside Smiles Dentistry!I recently took my mom to Sunnyside Smiles Dentistry for some gum pain, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service we received, especially from Dr. Sukhdeep. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive. Dr. Sukhdeep was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly empathetic towards my mom's discomfort. She took the time to thoroughly explain the issue and proposed a treatment plan that put my mom at ease.Throughout the entire process, Dr. Sukhdeep's professionalism and expertise were evident. she ensured that my mom was comfortable and well-informed every step of the way. The facility itself was clean and modern, contributing to a positive overall experience.Thanks to Dr. Sukhdeep and the team at Sunnyside Smiles Dentistry, my mom's gum pain has significantly improved, and we couldn't be happier with the results. The staff at Sunnyside Smiles is fantastic.There was a situation in which I wasn't happy with the outcome, but when I talked to Dr. Kringa about it she listened and then she and everyone else there went over and above to fix the problem. Making mistakes is just a part of human nature. People will have bad days, things might be forgotten, wires may get crossed and there will be misunderstandings. What matters is how those situations are handled. I felt like what I said mattered and was very pleased with the final results. Dr. Kringa and her staff truly care about their patients and the work they all do is top notch.

I would highly recommend this establishment. The Doctor and Staff are all very nice and go along way to put you at ease, which is of great value in a Dental Practice. I had a major procedure which went on for quite a while and I never had a single moment of pain. The Doctor was very attentive to my needs I am very grateful to be in the hands of her and all of her staff. Thank you Sunnyside Smiles. 😊

I recently switched to Sunnyside smiles and I could not be happier. From start to finish their level of care and service was amazing. I scheduled my appt online and they called me to confirm my appt and verify my insurance details and my concerns and reason for my visit. This initial communication made me feel special.They have online forms to fill out before my appt to reduce wait time in the office. When I arrived , the front receptionist greeted me with politeness. Wait time was not long at all, which is rare in healthcare offices.During the visit , the staff made sure I was comfortable during X-rays and treatment. Dr kingra took her time to explain my treatment and procedure involved.knowing myself I told them I had needles so they suggested needless anesthesia which turned out to be an excellent recommendation. I felt no pain and the extra cost was well worth it.Without any doubt Sunnyside Smiles is now my dental office and I highly recommend it to everyone.

0 star if i could. Wait time isn't that long but they will charge you for items you don't need. I have 3 different insurance and they were trying to cheat me and charge me. $147 out of pocket for a deep cleaning, needless anesthesia $36, antibacterial $60, and a take home kit $51. I obviously didn't want to pay out of pocket so I decline all of these items. Then after declining everything, they told me that I will have a $52 deductible fee for cleaning which was never mentioned during my first appointment or anytime when I called and asked them about the fees. The $52 deductible was only mentioned after I refused to pay for any additional products.They say I also needed to get a root canal and crown done and they qoute me $794. After waiting a whole month of them contacting all 3 of my insurance, I was still told to pay $569 out of pocket. I called my insurances in regards to the inquires, I was told that my dentist is charging me for another code (premium crown) that will required the me to pay out of pocket. Also I was told that my deep cleaning should have been covered as well! Ridiculous! Clearly when I told them I just want to use what my insurances covers.This place will try and cheat you for money. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I wasted a whole month when I could have gone somewhere else and got taken care of already. The front desk receptionist Veronica is not very helpful at all either. She will make you wait on the phone and forget about you. Know what you are getting yourself into before doing business with these people. Call your insurance to verify everything.

UPDATE: they sent me somewhere that charged $800 for a root canal after insurance then when I go to the follow up appointment to place the temporary crown they want me to pay another $600 upfront. The front desk lady has a disgusting attitude and had the nerve to roll her eyes at me when I asked why is it so much and her answer was “because it is that much” stay away from this place they like robbing people. Next day they raise the price another $150 . The dentist was rude kept cutting me off and said my side of the story didn’t matter because her amazing manager Cecilia is the best at what she does. Made me laugh! Straight attitude from these people then the doctor had the nerve to say she doesn’t like my tone. The doctor also said she didn’t like my review. But good thing there’s google to leave an honest review. I asked for my records so I can go somewhere else she said she would email it to me. She confirmed my email but I got nothing so I called back and she said she forgot a letter. So she sent my personal info name/address and X-rays to a random person. She said it didn’t go through because it was typed wrong. Last I checked an email doesn’t fail to send because you missed a letter.Reply to Kingra: the referral was not sent in a timely manner it was actually never sent until I called multiple times over a week and the other office had to contact you guys to get it...Previous review:Dr Kingra failed to submit my referral form. I made an emergency appointment Monday because I was in a lot of pain. I called multiple times and got no answer from the specialist and the dentist office lied and said they’d call me back in 20 minutes. I finally got through to talk to the specialist Friday and they said the dentist office NEVER EVEN SENT IN THE REFERRAL.
