This office is absolutely horrible. They wasted over an hour of my time plus travel time because for some reason no one is able to tell someone before they arrive that there was an insurance issue. I cannot believe that a chain business like this doesn’t have better communication between insurance verification and the actual location, considering that’s what the office manager said was the problem. And after I’m already back home, they called me to tell me the number I gave them several times actually does work. I do not recommend coming here. Find a dentist who has their own office, they always care more than a chain anyway.

Because I didn’t respond back to a text within 3 hours (literally the amount of time they told me) they cancelled my reservation, absolutely ridiculous..You all need to have more flexibility as somebody who travels a lot for a living it is not always possible to reply back to a text immediately while on a plane. Would maybe understand if my appointment was within 24hrs but I got the text yesterday and called today to confirm my appointment for TOMORROW and you all already filled my spot I scheduled 6 months ago.

I requested time off of work for a cleaning, exams and xrays for 4:30, i show up and the front desk coordinator tells me my cleaning can't be done because the dental hygenist is not physically in the office as of 4:00, that was the main reason for me coming in. Im unsatisfied due to lack of communication amongst staff regarding my appt and the fact that not everyone is on the same page regarding office protocols regarding scheduling. I hope Mint Dental makes this right.

I cannot say enough good things about Mint Dentistry! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The office itself is beautifully designed and modern, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.The dental care I received was top-notch. The hygienist was gentle yet thorough, and the dentist was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand. They truly care about their patients and their oral health.One of the things that really stood out to me was the amenities they offer. From the massage chairs to the complimentary teeth whitening, they go above and beyond to make sure their patients are comfortable and happy.I highly recommend Mint Dentistry to anyone looking for a dental practice that truly cares about their patients and provides exceptional care. I will definitely be returning for all of my dental needs in the future!

This office is terrible at managing appointments. Every time I have an appointment scheduled they cancel and reschedule then cancel and reschedule. Always last minute. Then staff lie about why the appointments are rescheduled. If you want to waste your time scheduling to be off work only to have your appointments canceled last minute, this is your place.

I tried to sue these people for nerve damage that still exist in my mouth since my visit. The medical board of Texas will hear about this if it's the last thing I do. They didn't even try to rectify the situation they wanted to do the exact same thing and if they thought I was going to let them stick another needle and my jaw for a feeling and you already gave me nerve damage in my face and you are highly retarded. I have thrush now my teeth are yellow and they're boils that are in my mouth due to that filling that I still have a hole in. I now have a fear of dentist thanks to MINT Dentistry. STAY AWAY FROM MINT Dentistry You'll LEAVE TO REGRET IT I DID.

I wanted to wait until I came a few times to make sure I give a correct review and I want to say this place is truly the best im not speaking of all locations I’m speaking very specific to this location amazing customer service and communication!!!!! You will know every step every aspect of the process they have tvs to watch your favorite show or listen to your favorite music the chair vibrate to help back pain anyway you feel you need comfort they got you I was petrified of needles and I’m not kidding I would pass out . they offered conversation little numbing before to make sure I didn’t feel anything and the doctors hands are seriously a work of art I need you to take my advice that man knows what he is doing and he does it very very well you will not be disappointed at this location of mint dentistry in friendswood Texas I promise even if you need to drive a little longer to get here I do and it’s 100% worth it

Went and got a X-rays and check up two weeks ago And was scheduled to come in for a cleaning but when I showed up apparently the main dentist who I scheduled with who was certified to do nitrous was off that day. So I took off work and came across town,wasted gas and time for no reason and had to be rescheduled until next week. When I asked why they would schedule me on a day they knew the main dentist was gonna be off their excuse was they have floating dentist who come in when he’s off but it’s random on what they are certified in. So I’d highly suggest you make sure that you verify the right dentist is gonna be there before you schedule anything with them. Even though they call and text and email you a million times to verify the appointment they won’t let you tell you that until you’re there.

Every time I visit, it is always such a great experience! The staff is always polite and friendly! My teeth are always cleaned very good, and they feel very clean and smooth even up until my next appointment. I love coming here!! I will be back for my next appointment in 6 months! They give you free whitening refills, floss, and their own toothpaste at every appointment! Great job; keep up the good work! :)
