We loved Frisco Mini Molars! Using a pediatric dentist for my 2 year old daughter made such a difference. Dr. Mitchell interacted with her in such an age appropriate way and was so understanding of her limited attention span/ability to sit still. Her dental exam/cleaning was quick and efficient. I appreciated the positive way that Dr. Mitchell delivered feedback on her dental exam too. Even though my daughter had a hard time with the exam itself, leading up to the visit she loved the pictures of the office and was so excited to go and is actually already excited to go back and see Dr. Mitchell again!

My son was seen as a New Patient for a Limited Exam. He was having issues with getting 2 baby teeth out and starting to cause problems. I have worked in the dental field for over 10years and I can tell you with full confidence that this has been the BEST pediatric dental experience we’ve ever had. My son had no clue he had an injections OR his 2 teeth extracted. Best experience a worried mama could have for her child. We are eager to switch and join Frisco Mini Molars for our pediatric dental care needs. 🏻💓

We have been coming here for 11 years - since my oldest was 1. Dr. Mitchell is the best and I won’t be switching dentist for my boys till she kicks us out. :). The team is patient and kind. There are tv’s and toys and big teeth and big toothbrushes. The wait is never more than 5 minutes. I don’t have enough space to rave about the team here but I have never ever even looked into switching. You can’t find anything better than Dr. Mitchell and her team

THEY ARE OUT OF NETWORK!!! I'm so disappointed about this because my kids and I really loved this place. I asked multiple times if they accepted my insurance and they told me they did. I got a hefty bill and called to ask why given I have good dental insurance and was told that they are out of network for all dental insurances and they "verbally told us they were". This is not mentioned anywhere on their site nor do I or my husband remember them saying this to us or else we would have never went there. They sent over one paper that had it in small print. This feels like a bait and switch given that they did not have this in large print or obvious anywhere and they were recommended by our pediatrician. Great service and dentist but the sticker shock is not worth going back.

This facility does not accept any insurance plans. They are out of network with ALL providers. Plus they push for kids to get nitrous oxide when just having sealants done which they charge $100 for! In addition, they charge $94 just to clean teeth and $72 per tooth they seal. They are way above market price per service which most dental insurances plans won’t pay and will leave the balance on parents to cover their over inflated prices. I will take my business elsewhere, and just warn those considering this facility that they will always find a reason to perform a procedure or additional work just to charge $100 for nitrous oxide and make more off the visit. They’ve never done just a cleaning even if that’s all that is needed. Also, the office is always late to open, so if you have a 9 am appointment just know you’ll be waiting in your car for at least 10 minutes. Highly unprofessional group of thieves.

Dr. Mitchell and her staff went above and beyond for my daughter. They made her feel very comfortable, let her engage while they cleaned her brothers teeth…all in hopes this would help her over come her fear of the dentist. Mission accomplished as my daughter walked out of the office with a smile and no tears! The staff has a sweet heart for children, everyone was very attentive and Dr Mitchell was fantastic ! More than pleased with our visit today.

We have been going here for 3 1/2 years and absolutely love Dr. Mitchell and her staff. They are so great with the girls. Yesterday was my 2 year olds first time and they were so great with her. Turned on a movie and put on movie star sunglasses for her, I don’t think she even knew what was even happening. I have 2 girls and they had staff looking at their teeth at the same time. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes.

I am so thankful I found Mini Molars! My 4 year old son had an accident at school and hit his tooth really hard. It was cut, swollen, wiggled a lot etc. I called and within minutes Dr. Mitchell returned my call. I had called many places and she was the ONLY one to call me back after hours. She calmed me down and assured me after reviewing everything. They got my son in first thing Monday morning and he loved it. The staff was so sweet and so nice to both of us. They were thorough and Dr. Mitchell truly put my mind at ease with this mouth injury. Now I plan on going for regular cleanings and such too while my boys are little. Highly recommend!! Cannot thank them enough!

We were so lucky to find Dr Mitchell when we moved to the DFW area. We make the drive from Murphy to Frisco because it is well worth it. Her and her staff’s attention to detail is exceptional and they are always so friendly. Somehow they get my 5 year old to think taking x-rays are fun and the kids Riley and Emma are always so excited for their visits! I recommend her any chance I get :)

I'm just going to say my son is NOTT easy at alll when it comes to his appointments. We just came to his 6 month check up and cleaning and I'm still impressed as the first time.They do an exceptional job of working with him and being so paitent. The place is so cute and clean and they always give a free toy and new tootbrush as we leave. Even though my son is not a fan of the process of cleaning his teeth, he still waved bye to everyone! I would recommend them to every one!
