The Staff and doctors could not of been more Friendly here in Frisco. I didn't know what to expect and one the friendliest and kind and educational staffI have a road ahead of me and I am glad they are taking care of me. The front desk staff here is consistently and chronically rude. Every time I bring my son for a checkup I want to give them another chance but one young woman in particular always has a scowl on her face and her delivery of speech is just so incredibly rude. The ladies at ve desk can also always be heard gossiping which is extremely unprofessional. We’re halfway through this second round of braces for my son otherwise I would switch offices.

I am not happy with this place. The work they did on my daughter's teeth was not very good especially for how much the whole process cost. I am also not happy with the attitude and service of the front desk lady. We came in today July 7th. She is a young lady with glasses and long wavy hair. It looked like she did not want to be there and did not even look at us for about 3 or 4 minutes of us standing right in front of her. Least to say I'm very disappointed.

Dr. Nurko has been making beautiful smiles for our family for the past 5 years or so. We shopped around before ending up at NTOA in Frisco and find their pricing extremely reasonable compared to others. In addition, you couldn't ask for a better orthodontist. Dr. Nurko is friendly, professional and a great communicator! Thanks NTOA for keeping us happy!

We absolutely love going to see Dr. Nurko. My daughter has had an extensive list of medical issues and doctor's appointments have never been something Nici looks forward to... until now! She gets so excited to go to see Dr. Nurko at NTOA!We don't live in the area of NTOA's office locations but commute there because 1. we trust Dr. Nurko and 2. love how NTOA gives back to the community by organizing fundraisers for under-served kids and supports Susan G. Komen each year - just to name 2 of their many charity involvements!When we went for our first appointment, we were greeted by a special personalized welcome sign for new patients. The staff goes out of their way to help each and every single time we are there. This process has been quick, painless and very affordable.Thank you for everything, NTOA!

My family and I moved to Frisco and had to finish my son treatment, well we found North TEXAS ORTHOPEDIC. Well starting from the first appointment, I was very impressed, we was first welcomed with a sign out front to welcome my son. The staff and Doctor omg are the sweetest group of ppl, everyone always so friendly and helpful, I am for sure my daughter will be coming next when needed. If you need and orthodontist I would recommend this one hands down .I assure you would have a great experience.

My family has been with NTOA Frisco for several years now. Three of our children have/had braces, so they look forward to the visits because that means they are getting closer and closer to getting the braces removed (not to mention gaining NTOA bucks to exchange for items they were interested in)! As a parent, I found it easy to place my confidence in Dr. Nurko and his staff. He took the time to go over every detail with us and made sure we were prepared for each step well before the step was necessary. The staff there also made sure each visit was pleasurable. We've got one more child who hopefully won't need braces... but if she does, NTOA Frisco will definitely be getting more business from us!

Love this location! Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend going here. My daughter constantly gets compliments on her teeth and her dentist, which is very popular in Frisco, says North Texas Orthodontics is one of the only places that does not attach the permanent retainer to every tooth. It makes it easier to keep clean.

We had two children get braces at NTOA in Frisco. Dr. Nurko is a knowledgeable, practical orthodontist who takes time to explain each phase of the process and the status during each phase.The staff is always helpful and patient; from reschedules, to broken appliances, the staff is always ready to help with smiling faces. Both of my children had braces at NTOA under the care of Dr. Nurko at the Frisco location. Prior to my daughter having her braces, she had an appliance put to stop the thumb sucking.The staff is great, I love the hours, the facility is always clean and neat. I have referred several family and friends to this location.
