I would have given them 5 stars but the representative in the billing department never returned my calls. She never responded to my calls. The front desk staff were friendly and treated me with great respect. However, I can't say that about the lady that works in the billing department. I'm a Veteran patient and sending my detailed history for referrals may require more time to complete. The billing Rep. did not seem to care and did not have the courtesy to return my calls. Simply a call or email with an update would have been sufficient.Front desk staff, keep up the good work! As a Veteran, I appreciate a friendly, supportive voice on the other line.Dentist seemed to be a nice and professional dentist but I chose to switch to a different dental office because my calls were never returned and there was no satisfactory recourse at this office.

I would give them a higher rating because the dentist is amazing but I absolutely hate having to call in and deal with the front desk people. There are two people that are just extremely rude and will talk to you like you are stupid. God forbid you miss an appointment and have to call and reschedule. They will talk to you like you are dumb. If I could take my kids somewhere else I would but we are under contract with them for my daughter’s braces. So for now I’m stuck having to be talked down to for the next year. If you can find another great dentist with actual nice staff please save yourself the annoyance. It has also not been just me that has experienced this but also my husband and both my parents when they have had to take my daughter or son in for us.

I first contract precision Smile to get my 6 month check up, stated the need to do a exam first. They will not schedule me for a cleaning,I was charged $30 per the visit. That is with my insurance playing 100%for my visit. No cleaning was done for the visit, just like 100 X-rays and a lot of dental work that need it to be done. Its really difficult to find a dentist office that is 100% honest and transparent.

This is a fantastic, very modern dentist office! Hygienist’s are very gentle and personable. Doctor Patel is quick and efficient. They make excellent recommendations on how best to take care my teeth and take my concern and feedback into consideration. It never feels like they are trying to ‘sell’ me on services I don’t need or have no interest in. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist.

They did not check my insurance properly, which resulted in a bill that took me by surprise. Was blamed for not paying, although I just found out, on my explanation that I want to double check with insurance Karen and other lady from reception pushed me to pay immediately. Did not admit they did a mistake but rather disrespect and accuse you, as if you had done something wrong.Sad… Wishing everyone to find better place to receive service.

STAY AWAY at any cost,this clinic is all about maximizing their benefits by putting pressure on you ,so that they can take as many X RAYS ,framing the dental hygienist to get all sorts of cleaning scheduled for you .I went for a new patient consult and they were rushing to take 17 different types of X-RAYS and they cannot wait for the dental hygienist to tell me that I need deep cleaning and all sorts of other treatments.It clearly shows and makes any patients feel that this clinic is all about benefit claims and care nothing about patient care.I felt it today and I want others to know about it.I hope this information helps anyone out there before making a decision.PURE SCAM.

I want to say I have never been to a dentist that is so easy to communicate with and such a caring environment. I felt like it was home from the moment I opened the door. This is the BEST I do mean BEST dentist I have ever been. The staff is so loving and awesome. The dentist is awesome at his craft. I will follow this dentistry no matter where they go. You have a client for life in me. Just know 5 stars isn’t enough. Thank you Precision Smile for be so wonderful.

I had not been to a dentist since 2016 because I had a negative experience with my previous office, so I’m very happy to have our entire household under the care of Precision Smiles. My appointments have always started on time which is great. The care has been thorough and all of our concerns are addressed compassionately and professionally. My favorite thing is that we receive recommendations for treatment but the doctor is honest about the priority of each recommendation so I never feel pressured to do or spend anything that I’m not completely comfortable with.

Dr. Patel is a FANTASTIC dentist!! All of the staff are wonderful and very personable - they treat you like one of the family, not just a faceless patient. We recently had to move out of state, and just before we were leaving, I had to have a procedure done unexpectedly, and they were incredible about getting me in right away before our trip. If you're looking for a great atmosphere, terrific people, and quality dental work, this is the place to be!!
