UPDATED:I got response from doctor's office.You are misrepresnting facts and your review has fallacies.I understand 1 star review did not make you happy, but misrepresenting facts to save your business reputation, will not help.I spent around $6k- $8k, including PT on this treatment and you are worried about the digital copy of scans on flash drive you provided me, worth maybe $30 or $100. If I paid thousands, I would have paid few more dollars. Also, would you mind please checking the creation date on the scans you provided. It was few days before my final check and you are saying it was ready for several weeks. Seriously?Moreover, why it matters if it was my fourth time or tenth time going for treatment? Dr Price evaluated my bite, diagnosed the problem and provided the treatment plan. No?Communication was very clear at my end throughout the treatment and the time taken more than the estimated time was not to 'accomplish the goal' but it was the incompetence at your end.≈=========≈=====================Dr Price did a good job in straightening my teeth but shifted my bite. The treatment was supposed to be 2 years but went over 3 years with original problem not solved. And thanks to the new problems: canted bite and breathing issues.I had sleep study done with no sleep apnea diagnosed. I was provided all non sense advises to go for second opinion, another ent, PT etc. Did all that to rule out any other issues, nothing came out of it. They don't want to admit the treatment caused any problems. It was hard to get the scans I kept requesting for months. I was asked non sense questions, where do i need to take them, what i need to do with them, let us know your concerns and we can check the scans for you. They were really reluctant to share my scans with me.FInally they provided it on my last visit when i was checking out. After viewing my scans at home, I tried calling them to go over my concerns and was told I had my final retainer check and would have to come in for consultation and there would be a charge. They even charged me for the final scan that was supposed to be part of the treatment. The office manager Amy (Mrs Price) is more concerned about finances. I have read similar reviews before but I think they have been removed. She did not return my calls. The doctor did equilibration to balance my bite which helped but told him my bite feels off . Nothing was done.My kid needed braces so brought him to price ortho for evaluation 2 years ago, decided to take him to another orthodont and am glad I did that.Overall, initial consultation and evaluation sounds very promising but it's not actually the case. And if they mess up , they won't help to fix it. Instead they will push hard to convince you that all is fine and that the treatment is complete.

We love Price Family Orthodontics. From the moment we stepped in the office we were welcomed with a friendly staff. Dr Price and his staff are on time and efficient which is important because we moved halfway through our sons treatment plan. We drive 45min to their office because we didn’t want to change. They took the time to get to know our son and make him feel comfortable. Every time we come to an appointment they are on time and don’t rush through the appointment. We chose the braces option and they have given our son clear directions on how to take care of them, how to wear his bands, and how long it would take to insure he had straight teeth. We cannot say enough good things about Dr. Price and his staff. I highly recommend using Price Family Orthodontics.

We absolutely LOVE Price Family Orthodontics! We always have a great experience with Dr. Price and his staff. So polite, so professional and always upfront and honest. Not only are their evaluations on point, they are always transparent with us and lay out ALL options so my wife and I have a clear-cut plan that works for us financially and (most importantly) do what’s best for our 10-year-old son. We have loved Dr Price! We moved while one of our kids was in braces so we had the experience of two different orthodontist and I can tell you, Dr Price is phenomenal! His attention to detail is unmatched. You show off your smile everyday and Dr Price makes sure when all is said and done it’s lined up and perfect so you don’t ever want to hide that smile. I appreciate the time Dr Price takes to explain any questions we have. The staff is friendly and helpful, the office is clean and welcoming and my kids enjoy choosing a snack on the way out. Our three kids are patients of Dr. Price. He is kind, attentive and strives for a perfect smile. We moved to Frisco after starting orthodontist treatment in Florida. Dr. Price spent time with each of my children, showing them specifically what their new smile would be. We are extremely pleased with the results! I highly recommend Price Family Orthodontics.

Dr. Price and his whole office are great. We were never rushed into getting my daughter braces, in fact he told us she needed to wait longer. Now that we’ve gone through the braces process, there have been no regrets and she’s got the most beautiful smile. We couldn’t have been happier with the process. So much so we will be bringing our son in soon to get braces.

My favorite thing about this clinic is it feels more like a small town orthodontist rather than a busy big city one which allows the staff to be more personable and do whatever they can to make it work for their patients!! The staff cares about their patients and what their patients goals are and come up with different options to make a treatment plan work for the patient!! I had a consultation and braces put on within a couple weeks of my first appointment!! One hundred percent recommend this orthodontic office!!

We have absolutely loved going to Price Family Orthodontics. His staff is amazing and Dr. Price always gives us a thorough explanation of what he is doing and takes the time to answer any questions we have. My daughter actually looks forward to her visits here. The office is very comfortable and clean and you will always have a smiling face waiting to great you at the front desk. I would definitely refer anyone to this orthodontist office.

Me and my whole family have all received treatment from Dr. Price and I couldn't recommend an orthodontist more!! They treat every patient like family and are always willing to help you. I can't count the amount of times they have helped me and my brothers with our braces and my little sister with her Invisalign. Walking into their office is always a pleasant experience!
