I called this morning and got an appointment right away. De' jah was the first person I talked with. She was personable and knowledgeable, did not rush me when talking and answered all my questions without having to call me back which is a 5 star rating. The staff is fantastic! This is customer service at its best! The office is very nice, easy to find and in a great location.

We had a great experience at this practice. Everyone at the practice was so friendly; Dr. Greenberg even called (which I unfortunately missed) and left a voicemail prior to the appointment day to introduce himself, and Mira the treatment coordinator is amazing and super sweet. She went the extra mile to make our daughter comfortable and less nervous during the entire consultation time and even prepared a snack pack for her to enjoy before she is officially on braces. Thanks Mira, Dr. Greenberg and the entire Rx Smile team!!

I cannot recommend Dr. Greenburg enough! We are starting our second round of orthodontics for my son, with Dr. Greenburg. Invisalign was a huge success on the first round, and we started with braces and rubber bands on Monday. Mira explained everything so well, and is so personable and sweet. She answered all of our questions. My son referred to her as “that nice lady!” Dr Greenburg is a straight shooter, incredibly knowledgeable and does not recommend anything that isn’t necessary. He treated my daughter as well, when we sought a second opinion from another orthodontist who was aggressively pushing surgery at 12 years. Dr Greenburg has patiently monitored her growth and is not starting intervention until she actually needs it. He will not steer you wrong! 5 stars is too low! 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a great experience at RxSmile. Mira was great! She answered all our questions and is very friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. She sent a video of herself by text the day before explaining what to expect. The customer service at RxSmile is the absolute best. Visited RX smile today for a consultation for Invisalign and had an incredible experience. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with a smile and treated with so much care. My patient coordinator, Gayla, was so kind in helping me get my profile set up & x-rays taken for Dr. Greenberg to look over. She made me feel so welcome and answered all of my questions with detail and honesty. I cannot recommend this practice more and cannot wait to start my Invisalign treatments with them!

Both of my kids have been with RX for >6 years, Dr Greenberg and entire staff is great with knowledge and with kids. Kids always excited to visit RX with family oriented environments, staff remembers kids by name. Front desk always greeted us by name, of course shout out to De’jah with great attitude every time we went. Of course, both of my kids teeth with great smile now which helps so much in their confidence.

What a great practice!! We’ve been with Dr. Greenberg and now Dr Ortiz for the last couple years and couldn’t be happier with the professionalism, quality, communication and fun culture of this office. My girls love going to the orthodontist as a result. Everything from the consultation with Gayla through the regular checkins have been smooth and enjoyable. Thank you!!

Dr. Greenberg and his staff is hands down one of the best experiences you will have! He is the only orthodontist you should use! He’s detail orientated, has a very clean and well organized office, friendly and helpful staff, and his appts are on regularly on time. I love him and highly recommend. Like many so many of his patients, I am hooked for life.

We needed a Herbst appliance for our youngest two children and were given a recommendation for Dr Greenberg via our oral surgeon Dr Fields. The experience has been incredibly pleasant thus far. Gayla was particularly kind and helped us navigate everything so well. The entire office staff made sure our children were incredibly comfortable especially De’jah and Christina! Great bedside manners here! We’re looking forward to continuing working with everyone in the office!
