The pricing is fair and transparent, which is a huge relief. Dr. Akhavan's care and attention to detail are evident, and he truly puts children at ease during the process of getting braces. The entire team at next level orthodontics makes me smile brighter every time I come in. Dr. A and Bri gave me the confidence to smile and motivation to take better care of my teeth! Next level is such an amazing place to come the staff is super sweet always. Me and my fighter have been treated here and the results are amazing! We absolutely love Sarah she is the one always doing our check ups and making sure everything is good, she is the best assistant!Dr. Is amazing at what he goes! Highly recommend!

The work done on my daughter's teeth was great but they need to be more accommodating with the scheduling. I dropped my daughter off to her appointment and by the time I got half way down the road she was told she had to reschedule her appointment because we was late. After school is a lot of traffic and that is something I can't control. I'm not gone be rushing and getting into an accident . I certainly can't jump over cars like spiderman . I can only do the best I can.

Next Level Orthodontics has created a family-like atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this practice for your braces or Invisalign journey.I have just finished the Invisalign process and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I discussed my initial goals with Dr. A during my consultation and throughout the process, Dr. A continued to addressed any questions/concerns I had. I am happy to say that he has exceeded those goals and because of that I have a beautiful smile. In addition, he was very accommodating during the process (I may have misplaced some of my aligner trays).I would also like to give a shout-out to my orthodontic technician, Sarah. She is very friendly and always has a positive attitude. She makes an effort to get to know her patients and is very relatable. She always did an amazing job placing my attachments and walking me through the process!A few additional positives about the practice is that they work with you to create the most appropriate payment plan. In addition, if you ever contact the practice, they are always quick to respond to you.My only complaint would be their hours of operation. They are closed every Friday and are only open until 5:00 pm during the week. They also have a lot of patients (because they are great at what they do), but that means they are booked out weeks in advance. These factors made it difficult for me to schedule/reschedule appointment times that were most convenient for me. However, they always did their best to work around my strict work/class schedule.

From the start of my first appointment, I truly appreciated the level of care I received at Next Level. All of my questions were thoroughly answered by Dr. A. and I never felt rushed in the process. Sarah, especially, was incredibly sweet and also thorough! I’m so glad I got aligners with Next Level and I’m happy to recommend them to anyone who asks.

I cannot express enough how amazed I am with the care and expertise provided by Dr. Akhavan and his team of professionals. Dr. Akhavan depth of knowledge and expertise in his field is truly impressive. He was even able to continue my treatment while I was overseas for an extended period of time, which was far beyond my expectations. I am happy I chose Next Level for my treatment and i am even happier with the end results.

I really enjoy the staff, location, and treatment. What I don't find okay is the lack of appointment options. I missed an appointment and now cannot be rescheduled until September. I have completed the first 24 trays and am pending my scan for what I assume is the next set. Overextending scheduling capabilities for what I assume is profits seems unethical.

I can’t show more appreciation to Dr. A and everyone working in Pappas. Look at the great improvement they’ve made to my smile in 18 months. They have the best professional skills and service in Gainesville. I visited three other orthodontists before choosing Dr. A, and finally the most achievable price offered by Pappas made my decision. I’m so lucky. I have recommended Pappas to two of my friends and till now they’re both very satisfied. Thank you all!!!
