I started the alignment journey with Dr.Yu about 18 months ago. Dr. Yu and the staff are very professional and friendly. Everyone was always willing to clarify any questions or concern I had. The initially treatment timeline supposed to be 12-15 months but Dr. Yu said the teeth could align better so he extended the treatment and I am so glad he did! Now I am so satisfied with the result. I will definitely be recommending my family and friends to this clinic.

My daughter got her braces taken off today, yay!!Huge and special thanks to Dr. Yu and his entire wonderful team, especially Gail and Jasmine. They treat you like family here. I was nervous at first because I had no idea what I was doing or where to start, they helped me from beginning to end and I'm very thankful for that. Very professional, friendly and helpful. HIGHLY recommend Yu Smiles for your ortho care and needs!! I wouldn't have wanted to take my daughter anywhere else.

I would highly recommend Dr.Yu’s office from the time you walk in the door the staff is welcoming and friendly, not to mention very knowledgeable and professional. During my treatment Kathleen, was very gentle efficient and informative while maintaining my comfort throughout the duration of my appointment. I had three consultations for my 9-year-old’s cross bite. I chose Dr. Yu, even though his office was the farthest from my house, because his plan was the gentlest and fastest with the bonus of a reasonable price. He and the staff are friendly, efficient, and helpful, and I didn’t feel like I was being pressured into treatment for my child. My kid was so nervous at first, but Dr. Yu and staff made him comfortable through the whole process, and of course best of all, the cross bite is corrected. I am so glad we found Dr. Yu.

Dr. Yu and his team have been incredible for our daughter Rosie! She had a problem with her recently placed retainer, and when we called the office 2 minutes before closing, they told us to come on in so he could fix it even though we live 30 minutes away. We want to extend a big “Thank You!” to Dr. Yu for staying more than an hour past closing to ensure that everything was fixed for Rosie. Exceptional customer service! We highly recommend this practice.

I am very grateful and pleased with the care my daughter received at Dr Yu's office. From the front desk staff to the technicians, we were always greeted warmly from day one. They also offer payment plans which made me feel like while everyone wants to get paid for their service, they also really show concern that their patients can get affordable care. The office is bright and inviting and something unusual about Dr offices- they are timely, yay! We were always seen very close to the scheduled appointment time. I highly recommend this orthodontist office!

Dr. YU Is the BEST ORTHODONTIST IN THE DMV!!! he made my Invisalign Journey so easy He was always there to answer all my questions when I needed I could text him anytime during the week if I hand any concerns or questions and he would always respond And also Dr. you Has the best Team As well they were also very helpful with anything I needed and also very quick to respond when I needed help . Personally I enjoyed it, the workers weren’t overly pushy with wondering about your personal life and they stuck to their jobs. I took Invisalign instead of braces and I enjoyed it, it wasn’t that hard to stick with seeing as you just replace your mouth pieces occasionally. They do their job well if I ever had someone who was looking into braces or Invisalign I would recommend this place.
