This was my first visit to Dr Tangredi, his staff is amazing. Dr Tangredi explained everything thing to me before my root canal, I felt very comfortable about the entire procedure. I would recommend Tangredi Endodontics to anyone one who is need of his services.Thank you Dr Tangredi

Tangredi Endodontics in Commack provided superior care during my root canal. Dr. Osborne listened to my numerous questions and concerns and answered all of them patiently. The procedure went well-not only because of Dr. Osborne’s expertise, but because Kristen, his assistant, made sure I was comfortable and calmed my nerves throughout. Fran, at the front desk is also friendly and made the experience a positive one! Wish I could say, “I can’t wait to go back,” but if I did have to, I would be in excellent hands.

OK so simply WOW ...I needed a emergency root canal my regular Dentist couldn't perform on what turned out to be a complex job on a Saturday around a half hour before this office closed .....Not only did they take me in on short notice to get what was supposed to be a quick look at what was needed they then did xrays and started to do a temporary fix. When Dr Pak saw that it was bad and required the root canal to be done right away to keep me out of pain they put aside their weekend hours and iam sure their personal plans and did it again on a Saturday 15 minutes prior to when they were about to close.Today you can not get a Deli to make you a sandwich when they are about to close nevermind a dental surgeryThey literally dropped what their plans were to take care of a brand new patient that they could have very easily said ok we can't do anything today but come back MondayI mean its 2024 and haven't we all come to unfortunately expect businesses to not care nearly as much as they should for the customers ...Well this place and the staff did and they should be commended for doing the right thing for someone who was simply in a need of some helpWent back today for the follow up and more great pain free dental work and Dr Pak's bedside manor well I would think you would have to see a hundred guys to find one that did half as good of a job as this young manHe's a seasoned vet and about as caring ,kind and gentle as can be and I hope my own kids turn out as good as this guy as he is the real deal and a master at his craftStaff is amazing and iam actually disappointed I don't have to come back to them soon but when I do need some more work done I wouldn't dare think of going anywhere else .......Thank you for the amazing experience from start to finish tp everyone in the office

Wow! To say I had an incredible experience at Tangredi Endodontics with Dr. Osborne is an understatement. This is coming from someone who has dental anxiety! From the front office staff to the dental assistant that helped Dr. Osborne with the procedure and to Dr. Osborne himself, they all knew how to put me at ease! All were kind, patient and provided me with all the much needed info regarding my dental issue. In addition, they were kind enough to fit me into a packed schedule because the situation was somewhat emergent. I can’t say enough positive things about this office!

Dr Pak and assistant was the best!! I have been seen by many dentist.. This is the first time I have experienced this much comfortability at the dentist office. Dr Pak explained step by step what to expect during the procedure. The check in process was seamless. The insurance coordinator met with me first thing and explained my financial expectations which helped me make the best decision before seeing the doctor. The front desk clerk was friendly. Oh not to mention they supply you with the mini Ibruprofen and Acetaminophen packets for the pain before leaving the office. So I was able to get back to work in a timely manner. I am truly grateful! I highly recommend Tangredi Endodontics.

I was nervous going to my root canal appointment. After meeting Dr. Pak and his assistant Sebastian, I was much calmer. Dr. Pak thoroughly explained the why, how and what the procedure is going to be, throughout the root canal procedure, he was very patient and stopped a few times to make sure I was comfortable. Tangredi Endodontics is a professional office with professional doctors and staff👍🏼!

What a fabulous dental practice! I went in as a new patient experiencing a seasonal emergency —broke a tooth with an old filling over Christmas. They saw me quickly, were very kind and patient, and took care of my most immediate issue with impressive speed and expertise. Everyone I met was lovely as well as very professional, and the offices are in an excellent location. Enthusiastically recommended! Thank you!

I had a dental emergency in Florida and had to come back to New York earlier than i wanted to. I met with my dentist and found out that I needed a root canal. He referred me to Tangredi Endodontics. I met with Dr. Osborne. He explained in detail why I needed the root canal. Dr. Osborne completed the procedure pain-free and let me know what was going on every step of the way. It was a PAIN FREE procedure. I am on the road to recovery Tangredi Endodontics took me in on a Saturday morning which I appreciate , I met some of their staff who were super friendly. Also, the office manager work with me and my insurance. Overall a great experience and if you need a root canal, Tangredi Endodontics is a place to go in Commack when a root canal is needed.Thanks again

I would highly recommend Dr. Pak, he was very patient and seemed very knowledgeable. My root canal was virtually painless, and Dr. Pak took the time to review the procedure with me and explain in detail the treatment plan. He is concerned about your pain level and goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable. The new office is clean and comfortable. The staff is helpful and accommodating.
