I came to this place for an emergency for a tooth extraction, they said it would be $300, after I left $8000.00.They did X-rays and confirmed that I had more work to be done. The manager sold me on that she thinks of me like her little brother and she would hate for her brother to have pay so much money. I heard the same story line 2 isles down from her moments later.Ok the work preformed was not ok, they did not cover my mouth for loose particles of my tooth when they were grinding down on them. It was painful and the dentist was getting mad that I was in pain.When everything was all done front office told me your all done will call you back when your crowns arrive.They did not tell me or show paper work that I paid for more work and needed to come back.Months later they call me and tell me yes you paid for more work we need you to come back. I told them I don’t need the work please just re in burst me the money I paid. They said come back let us do an X-ray, I came back they did an X-ray and wanted to force the work to be completed. I said no, they made me sign paper work stating I don’t want it and more paper work about me not writing a review and they promised they will return my money, they looked over my account and they said no we will not return your money because you turned us away and we gave you a discount.Very simple do not come here the manger will up sell you for more work to be preformed and will drown you in debt.All I wanted was for them to return the money from the work that was not preformed. And they also left me in a lot of pain from the crowns till this day I still have pain from those crowns.STAY AWAY!!!!

If you need any dental care work i highly recommend you gardena orthodontics the environment is very clean and the employees that work there are friendly, lovely, and respectful I absolutely love coming here whenever i need a dental appointment to get done they do great work on you if you're reading this review you should by and check them out definitely five star rating.

I came to this office after being with another orthodontists for 6 years. Chelsea helped me with all of my X-ray and pictures and was upper nice and friendly. Dr. Hamid was very informative and is going to take care of my ortho plan from now on. Tania who was the finance person helped me a ton with all of the payments. Overall, everyone was patience and friendly :)

I have been attending Gardena dental care for over three years and have definitely had some issues along the way however I must give a five star review for George he is the best dental assistant I've ever had in the three years I've been wearing braces i've never been this satisfied. His attention to detail and his willingness to go the extra mile for a customer satisfaction is commendable and to be praised! THANK YOU George so much I truly appreciate your diligence and effort to making my smile beautiful.

It was my first time getting braces and the staff at Gardena ortho has been super awesome. They informed me with options that suits what I'm looking for with minimal wait time. I really enjoy working with doctor Jose and manager Tania who helped me through the initial process. Highly recommend if you're looking for a local dental office that is clean and efficient!

Myself and my children had a great experience, and was under great care at Gardena orthodontics. I love how they took the time to explain the process the cost it made my anxiety and fear of the dentist go away. I want to give a shout out to Tania for making me feel comfortable and reassured me that we were in good hands. Whatever your dental needs are you should definitely check this place out.

I’ve been a patient her since 2018 and I’ve had nothing but received the best care. From front office to the back. Their very patient and understanding and coming to a dentist that’s just what you need. Dr Ortiz is very funny, generous, and know what he’s doing! Front manager Vanessa is very accommodating and understanding at all times. Along side with amazing Tania always helping full and full of life!!!!!!! I love this office and would recommend adults and children. I can go on and on but your won’t get the feeling until you step foot in the door. I love it so much I drive 2.5 hours for my visits but it’s all worth it.

I love this Dental care group! They always take good care of me. I've been wanting braces since I was a teenager and boy did they aid me in doing so!Ms. Vanessa was an amazing help when it came to making sure I could afford my braces! She's the BEST!The whole front office staff are winners!! Their service is amazingly professional and kind. They make sure to get you in fast and it's always clean and smelling good in the office!Dr. Ortiz, is the greatest. His relationship with his patients goes beyond trying to get you in and out.. He takes his time and does a very good job at making sure you understand the process of your treatment!The rest of the staff, including Jew, are very patient and have such great personalities.If you're looking for a Dental Office, look no further..

My experience with Ms.Vanessa & Dr.Ortiz was amazing, They made me feel comfortable & kept me in good spirits throughout my entire appointment, Unfortunately I had to replace my retainers but they made sure I was well taken care of. I would most definitely recommend their services at Gardena Ortho 10/10 stars across the board. Ortho Assistant Mr.Jamie was very kind & professional, I only want him as my ortho assistant :)
