Firewheel Smiles

We have been going to Firewheel Smiles for over 5 years now. Dr. Tran is a great dentist. He is proactive in his treatments. He has treated my whole family. He always tells us his recommendation if he sees something needs to be fixed and leaves the decision up to us. He is never pushy. My kids really enjoy getting a toy from the treasure box after their cleaning and they also enjoy playing golf outside the office while they are waiting. Recently, Dr. Tran did crowns on my son. I was very nervous because of my sons recent bad experience with another dentist while we were traveling out of state. Dr. Tran and his staff did a great job and did their best to make sure my son was comfortable through the procedure. I appreciate the way Dr. Tran and his staff care about our dental health.‐------------------Update: I recently saw Dr. Tran for myself. He is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about his patients. He takes the time to listen. I didn't feel rushed and I appreciate that. I highly recommend to see him for any dental needs.

This is the VERY BEST DENTIST, hands down!! I have literally worked with probably 30 dentists in the past, when I worked at multiple dentists offices myself. You will not find a more talented, down-to-earth, professional, personal able, honest, and sweet dentist than Dr Tran!! I am SO THANKFUL for the work he has done!!! He has made my teeth look 1000 times better and I feel like a BRAND NEW person from the AMAZING JOB he has done!! Then his office office staff are amazing too!! Don't think you can find a better dentist than Dr. Tran, he's the absolute BEST!!! THANKS FOR CHANGING MY LIFE DR TRAN!!!!

If you ever go to firewheel smiles,, get treated by Luu. Luu is my savior. I had gone to a chocolate eating contest an hour before my appointment, and luu cleaned my teeth with no judgment. She cleaned them so well that not only was there not a speck of chocolate left on my teeth, my teeth were sparkling!!! As I left the building passersbyers told me I looked phenomenal. After getting treated by her I became 10% more attractive. You can become 10% attractive too if you get treated by luu. See how that rhymes? That should be the company motto. Luu should be the face of firewheel smiles because she is THAT good. Give her a raise you guys!! Come on. She deserves it

A few weeks ago I had an appointment for initial examination, cleaning, and fillings. Ashley did my cleaning. She was at all times attuned to my comfort, amiable, and was thorough and professional at all times.Dr. Tran was, as well, very professional, knowledgeable, made sure I was comfortable at all times, gentle, very patient, and answered all questions I had. I had no sensitivity or discomfort after my visit.I had an excellent dental experience with Dr. Tran and his highly trained staff. I highly recommend this dental office to provide all you and your family's dental care.

The dentist does not have a lot of experience; even he did check my teeth after cleaning; his evaluation was not correct; the hygienist does not have experience, I believe this is my worst experience with any dentist in USA. I wish I have i have a visit to this dentist; there is another dentist close to his office much better 1000 times than firesheel smiles.

I have been with Firewheel Smiles for over 11 years and would highly recommend Dr. Tran and his staff for any of your dental needs. The establishment is very clean and mindful of any patient concerns or needs, particularly during these uncertain times. The hygienists are extremely professional and friendly, and make you feel relaxed and comfortable.

Was in the looks for a new dentist and found Firewheel Smiles! After reading all the positive reviews, I decided to book an appointment. Immediately as I walked in the office, I was greeted by the front desk ladies and was told Dr.Tran will be right with me, while following the Covid guidelines! As it was my time to get seen, Dr.Tran treated me with open arms and I knew from there this was my new dentist. From the consultation to the treatment he did on my teeth, everything was professional! I couldn’t be more happier with my experience here! If you guys are in the looks for a new/top notch dentist this is the place to be. Staff is amazing, detailed, and organized!Dr.Tran, Thank you for today’s work, TRAN THE MAN!!!

I am new to the area and found that this office was not only near me, but the reviews were good. I have a fear of going to the dentist, but Dr Tran did his best to calm my nerves as did the hygienists and assistants. Especially as I needed fillings and a deep cleaning. I highly recommend this practice. My experience was excellent from the time I walked in. The wait time was also very short. Thankful to have found an office who addresses my fears and brings a calmness to my experience.

We will never recommend this location. One of the dentist performed a root canal on my husband on top of an infected tooth causing him to have to go to an emergency dentist about a month later. Different dentist for myself highly recommended a root canal on a tooth that wasn't bothering me... 9 months later the tooth has bothered me ever since, and I am having to go to a specialist to correct what they messed up. Again, performing a root canal on an infected tooth. The billing was also sketchy. We always owed after we payed, then they owed us credit. Or, a balance would disappear after being sent the bill.

Dr. Tran has been my go to dentist for the past ten years. I strongly recommended him for any of your dental needs. His office makes you feel very comfortable and they are genuine in their care. Wait times are minimal he always respects your decision on your treatment choices...and btw I travel all the way from Idaho to get my dental work here.
