Prairie View Orthodontics - Geneva

Been meaning to write this review forever. I love all the folks at the Geneva and Batavia offices! I especially love going to Geneva because I get the treat of seeing who I lovingly call the "fried chicken dog" in my head; sooo sweet and precious.Everyone who works here is super friendly and gentle. The place is clean, the parking is easy, there's a Starbucks across the street; I mean come on. I'm always in on time for my appointments, and appointments are extremely easy/flexible to get IMO. No waiting a month or anything like that. Also them having multiple locations makes it even easier. The Geneva office itself is gorgeous and flooded with sunlight which makes me happy.I came to Smile Doctors after foolishly starting Invisalign with my general dentist (who I'm no longer with...). It didn't go well. Transferring my case was easy and I was terrified they were going to quote me an arm and a leg, but they charged me an extremely fair price to simply finish the treatment I had remaining.To this day I'm grateful for that and wish I'd just gone with Dr. Zimmer to begin with. She's so down to earth and she hasn't tried to cut me loose when I still clearly have issues. She's willing to make adjustments and get my teeth right, and she's always kind. I feel like it's always a nice day when I have an appointment here, lol. I'm saying that about an orthodontist's office so that really tells you something! <3

Smile Doctors are amazing! They are affordable, kind and efficient. The AI scans keep the trips to the orthodontist to a minimum (I haven’t had to go back since I received my aligners 10 mos ago). All other consultations have been through the easy to use app.The other orthodontist that I receive quotes were nearly twice the costs and I would have had to show up once a month at least! And yes this is Invisalign !

Dr. Zimmer is a great doctor. She took my case when no one else would because of the certain circumstances I was in and through that she took care of me and my wellbeing. I give a lot of thanks to Dr. Zimmer for giving me a great smile 😁 and I'm very appreciative of her work.Thank you 😊 ❤Sylvia caudillo

My daughter recently completed treatment and I have to say I am really impressed with Prarie View. The whole process was seamless. From the flexible payment arrangements, regular appointments, non regular “help me” appointments and final removal. When they say all included they mean it. Such a friendly group, thanks everyone! P.S. her teeth are beautiful!

Nothing but a great experience at the Geneva location! Prarieview gave us a wonderful and inviting experience from start to finish. Dr. Zimmer is so wonderful, taking time to go over treatment options clearly and understandably! Great payment plans and treatment options, I was referred over by a friend and can see why. The staff is so friendly and welcoming as soon as you walk in the door!Highly recommended!!

Dr. Zimmer and staff always treat us like family. I’m on my fourth son receiving treatment at Prairie View. They go above and beyond to make appointment times work for us, understanding the schedules of a busy family running in all directions. Most of all, I trust their judgment and work. Understand that this isn't Lazzara Ortho anymore. Doc retired and this is under new management and it shows. Long gone are the days of a family atmosphere. I would highly suggest looking else where for your ortho work. I personally am never going back. The only thing that matters to these new owners is their bottom line, period point blank. Don't think they give a legitimate care about you at all.

Such a friendly office! They don’t pressure you into something that’s unnecessary, they’re courteous, and extremely patient. I would recommend this office to anyone! I live on the south side of Chicago, and thank goodness we continued to go to Lazzara after he left our primary dental office. Well worth the drive! Thank you doc! You did an AMAZING job on my sons teeth! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
