My teeth and gums are the healthiest they have ever been. I had a few dental issues when I first started to come to Dr. Justin, he and all his staff have worked diligently to get me back healthy.In fact, I lost a cap off one of my teeth recently, and they repaired it in a very timely manner. I highly recommend Genoa SMILES for your dental needs.

Genoa Smiles is the place to go for all your dental needs. I have been going to Genoa Smiles since I moved to Genoa back in 2017. The staff is GREAT! As some people don't like going to the dentist, the staff makes you stay extra comfortable and enjoyable. From Katrina and Rebecca to Danielle and Dr. Justin, you're all wonderful. Keep up the great work! Rex now loves going to the dentist. And he rants and raves about his visit for days after. :)

I went for a teeth cleaning. The staff is extremely friendly, the office is clean, and I will return for my next cleaning. I sincerely appreciate how supportive the hygienist was with my sensory issues. I was able to wear my headphones and keep a fidget toy in my hand during the cleaning, which helped me stay calmer during the visit. I'll be back!

Limited hours, but worth the wait. I was tormented as a child going to the dentist...have been so fearful ever since. But I can say, I was treated so well, gentle, everyone was kind and patient. Very detailed, told me each step in the process, I was in and out before I had time to truly breakdown from fear. I wish more work could have been done on my first visit, but still satisfied with the services provided. I have already referred family, and told many about this provider. I don't feel so stressed out about my next visit. Thank you for being kind to me, I appreciate it.

I called with a concern and was able to get a same day appointment! Everyone I came into contact with at this office was so genuine, nice, and able to answer all my questions. The office was very clean, had things my daughter could stay entertained with, and just all together felt very welcoming. I would highly recommend and I will be coming back! Thank you! :)

This place is the best! Can’t say enough about the staff and the Dr. Always greeted with a warm smile by people who know my name. Extremely knowledgeable staff all around, great hygienists and front desk staff. Dr. Durancik is fantastic. Incredibly competent and caring. He listens to your needs, takes time to answer all your questions and really puts you at ease. I’ve always hated the dentist after some terrible experiences and I suffer from anxiety when even thinking about going to the dentist. Since coming here that’s gone away completely. They put you at ease and take great care of you. So happy I found this practice. You’re treated like a person, not another number like some of the bigger more corporate practices. Highly recommend!! Only minor issue are the hours are pretty limited, no night or weekend appointments so I have to use PTO at work, or take an unpaid half day, but we’ll worth it for the care received.

I was in need of dental work and had a bad experience with a prior dentist. I was referred to Genoa Smiles. It was the best thing that could happen for me. I was treated with concern and compassion. Right from the time you walk in the front door you are welcomed by the entire staff with a warm smile and friendly greeting. Then the cleaning process is so smooth and again friendly & professional. I had to change dentists as I moved from St Charles. I loved Dr Sheehan in St Charles but he is a bit far to drive every time I had any kind of appt. I finally decided on GENOA SMILES. I am very glad I did. Not only are they conveniently located but everyone is very friendly. I also took my grandson there and he pronounced them “their fine”. Your not going to get much out of a teenager but I took that as “I’ll go back again”Anyway they did everything they could to make the visit comfortable. Looking for a dentist look no further I strongly recommend GENOA SMILES😁

Dr. Justin and his staff are the best! I had a warm feeling just walking through the door. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I never thought you could have a good experience in a Dentist office but I must sayDr. Justin showed me I was wrong. He explains things to you, is very thorough and his work is outstanding. He makes your visit a pleasure.
