Smile Haus Georgetown

We just move to the area and we were looking for Dentist for our daughter and our insurance suggested us Smile Haus and we couldn’t be happier. The whole staff was friendly and professional! Our daughter being 4 was comfortable with the dentist and the whole process, they were supper patient and gentle with her while doing the cleaning. Definitely recommend this facility for the whole family!

I have a lot of anxiety about dentists and dental care. The office staff was very helpful in getting me scheduled for a first visit with this office. They even called with an earlier option when they had a cancellation. Mandy, the hygienist, was very gentle yet thorough in doing the x-rays and in cleaning my teeth. She explained each step before she did it, which helped reduce my anxious feelings. The dentist, Dr. Chenausky, was also very gentle in the exam. They both talked with me about a night guard to protect my teeth from clenching (which I know I do) and the stress and wear it can cause. I am glad to have found a dentist and staff who I feel comfortable with, and I highly recommend them.

We got a recommendation to come here and my husband and I both had a pleasant experience! Would highly recommend Mandy as the hygienist- she was so kind and fun to chat with and really listened to my concerns and performed really gentle x-rays and cleaning. Dr. Chenuasky was efficient and kind. The building itself is cute and clean- the whole staff was great!

the waiting area was very clean and calming, and the staff were all very friendly!they were very responsive in scheduling my appointments and followed up to see if i had any questions or discomfortthe process of taking xrays, teeth cleaning, and getting fillings was all very professional and efficient!

Just moved to Sun City and the best dentist in I ever had in Austin recommended Smile Haus with Dr. Levo and Dr. Farn. (Husband/wife team). I went today for my first cleaning with Karen. I'm not much for giving reviews but this was one of the best cleanings I've ever had. Karen was more knowledgeable and thorough than most hygienists. And she had been working there for 13 years. You don't see that longevity in this field! Highly recommend if you are looking for a professional environment and accommodating staff.

A few weeks ago, my ten year old bonding chipped off my front teeth while eating a sticky energy bar. It became increasingly uncomfortable over a short time. I phoned Smile Haus and was able to make an appointment with Dr. Levo for the same day. Within an hour of arriving, Dr. Levo assessed what treatment was needed to completely replace the bonding. He explained everything and included me in the decision making of all he could do.Dr. Levo was efficient and caring.Thank you so much Dr. Levo!

Dr.Levo is the best dentist I have seen in years. Before I came to his office, I got to see a dentist in my town for an emergency and almost got extracted my tooth. I wanted to save my tooth, so I found Dr.Levo for my hope. He listened and answered my questions patiently despite my bad English and made the treatment plan that fit my preference as much as he could and explained until I understood. He made sure I didn't feel any pain or uncomfortableness during the procedure. Actually, I didn't feel any pain from beginning to end. I had seen so many dentists before they treat my teeth like ”thing”, not human teeth. They didn't care how I was feeling and even chit-chatting with the assistant during I was getting procedure which I didn't like it. I even got so many crowns don't fit well but they didn't care. Dr.Levo has great bedside manner and cares about patients so do his assistants. They made sure I was comfortable and let me know what they were going to do ahead of time so l would be ready, such as putting numb medication on my gum or making an impression for a crown, things like that. I am sure I finally found a dentist I can trust and don't hesitate to recommend to anybody. Plus, the reception ladies are always nice and polite. And big plus the office and the equipment are clean for a germaphobic like me.

Dr. Levo, his assistants, Hygienists and the entire staff are professionals who have provided me with the highest level of dental care that all patients expect and deserve. After over 65years I am no longer hesitant to smile due to Invisalign, molars have been ‘crowned’ with little to no pain, and Sharon has never failed to give my teeth a gentle and effective cleaning every 6 months for 8 years! The office staff are always polite and efficient and have been a joy to deal with over the phone and in person. I highly recommend Smile Haus at 3737 Williams Dr., Georgetown, Texas and all the fine folks that work there.

I just am so happy with Dr. Farn and her staff at Smile Hays (formerly where Dr. Zinser was). I was worried when Dr. Zinser was retiring and I was skeptical of the young dentist that I was going to start seeing, but rather than switch dentists I gave her a try.I have had everything from fillings to extensive crowns done by Dr. Farn and she is exceptional in her skills and knowledge!! She puts one at ease very quickly and also listens to her patients questions and concerns. When she starts working on the tooth or teeth, her work is smooth, and she explains what she is doing every step of the way too.At first I only had my teeth checked by her after a cleaning, but when I had a tooth break, I was able to get in fast, and it was determined I needed a crown which I was not pushed into (tooth already had old fillings in it too). I was so impressed with her after that crown experience and am so glad I stuck with the same office after all!
