The absolute best dental experience I’ve ever had is at Smile Haus on the Square! All of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They explain everything before it happens and make sure you are good every step of the way. From being greeted until during cleaning or procedure until you walk out the door it feels like a VIP dental treatment. I’m so glad I found them and I recommend this place to everyone!

Had a great experience at Smile Haus on the Square. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Mandy did everything right! She was friendly, professional, kind, and informative. She not only did a great job with my exam and cleaning, she helped me understand why she was doing what she did. She also did her best to make me comfortable. Dr. Duarte was also friendly and professional. Educating the patient seems to be high priority, which made decisions on future treatment easier to make. Could not be happier that I found this place!

Dr. Duarte and her entire staff are extremely professional and made me feel extremely relaxed on my first visit to the office.I have Aphasia from a Stroke and Dr. Duarte was more than willing to spend extra time with me to ensure that I had a full understanding of all my treatment.I would strongly recommend Dr. Duarte to others here in the community and surrounding areas.

Love. They accepted my Delta Dental and HSA payment. They have the tiniest lil’ office. My wish to the tooth fairy is better parking for everyone, but there weren’t any issues or crowdedness. The easiest way to get there for me personally was to pass the red light on S. Main St., turn right on E. 11th St., right on S Church St., and then SLOWLY right into their tiny driveway on a slight incline. If you're new, you can tell them Martha Rogerson referred you. Smile Haus is amazing. They took extremely good care of me when I had excruciating pain in my tooth. They made sure to squeeze me into there busy schedule. The entire staff at Smile Haus is kind and caring. They truly care for there patients and provide extraordinary care for them. I would highly highly recommend Smile Haus to anyone seeking amazing dental care!

I am SO GRATEFUL to Dr. Duarte for taking the time to actually treat my tooth pain!I have had severe pain in my tooth for a week and after being told by two different dentists there was nothing wrong with my tooth, I was ready and willing to have the tooth pulled to have some relief.That was my plan when I met with Dr. Duarte, but instead she had a conversation with me regarding my issue without invalidating my pain. She did her exam and I finally had an answer, a loose tooth. She did her treatment and mapped out a plan on how to best move forward.I am in awe of how quickly my pain could have been resolved if I had seen her first. Not to say the other dentists didn't do a good job, but Dr. Duarte displayed not only a willingness to help me but also compassion and understanding.That to me is something that makes a big difference in the care that I received.I have already recommended her to my family and would recommend Dr. Duarte to anyone!

Following the long illness of my husband, I was overdue for a dental check! I was so well received and the dentist and hygienist were just glad I was there. I wasn’t made to feel the least bit guilty! They graciously welcomed me! It was just what I needed! My teeth were cleaned with care and dedication! It was a very pleasant experience. Stephanie explained what she was doing and provided me with pertinent information. The dentist carefully reviewed my X-rays, did a through check of my teeth providing me with helpful comments. It was an extremely pleasant experience and I look forward to returning in 6 months! Great job Smile Haus team! 😊

Since moving to Georgetown (4.5 yrs ago), I have desperately been searching for a "forever dentist". Smile Haus on the Square has incredibly nice staff, awesome assistants, and super-great dentists. I cannot praise this office enough. Above it all, one of our 6yro daughters had a really painful tooth that had been hurting her for three consecutive days, (also right before the weekend). I called them mid-morning and they squeezed her in the SAME DAY!!! These dentists and this practice is everything and more than you could ever wish for. Please add an extra star for rating this extra special find. Thank you, Smile Haus for everything!!! XO

My son had a dental cleaning at Smile Haus, and it was very well done. My son said that he liked more than his previous dentist because it was not painful at all. The dentist was very through, he reviewed the x rays, and even took very detailed pictures of my son's teeth. He explained our preventing treatment options.The office is very clean, and the waiting room is very comfortable. It has been the best dental cleaning experience we have experienced!

The staff, hygienists, and my dentist have been spectacular the two times I have gone. I actually drive two hours for their service and will continue to do so because I trust them. They are the type to be genuine and honest about how much work my teeth really need without trying to oversell or convince me of purchasing additional, unnecessary services.
