Visited Brandywine Periodontics on referral from my primary dentist. I have an extensive dental history including multiple surgeries and implants dating as far back as 30 years. After a thorough examination and supporting 3-D scans Dr. Sierakowski and I agreeed on a plan with which I am quite satisfied. The office appears well run, staff were pleasant and efficient. I really appreciate practitioners who are direct and I anticipate a good relationship.

Initial appt was quite a good experience. Friendly, efficient and thorough in assessment and in presenting options. I felt comfortable and that I was in good hands. Glad my dentist made this referral.Underwent periodontal surgery 2 weeks ago. Prea was wonderful throughout the pre and post-op and assisting in the procedure. Dr. Steve was similarly thorough, caring and remained focused on how I was doing throughout the procedure. Follow-up visit was equally satisfying. I can’t say undergoing the procedure has been fun but I can’t imagine another practice offering such a high level of good care and such genuinely nice people to deal with. Can’t say enough good things about these guys.Second follow-up brought more of the same. Good experience, good results.I admit to being a bit skeptical at first of the lightness and positive vibes this group exudes. But it’s real. It’s good.And I wish them well.

I’ve just had my wisdom teeth extraction by Dr Sierakowski. Turns out that one of my wisdom teeth had a curved root, which made the extraction harder than usual. Despite the complications the extraction was done without any pain and delays.I’m impressed by the professionalism of Dr Sierakowski, who is well trained in medicine. Dosage of anesthesia was given according to my needs and at the right time. I’ve had no pain during the surgery, and what little discomfort soon disappeared after the surgery.I’m so glad I’ve had Dr Sierakowski as my doctor. The whole procedure was done with assuredness and quickly with no pain at all.I had Tia as my nurse, who’s very professional and kind. All information was given before the surgery so I knew what to expect. And more advice was given after the surgery to ensure a timely healing.In all I highly recommend Brandywine Periodontics. You can’t go wrong with Dr Sierakowski and his team!

From the moment I walked in the door my experience and care at Brandywine Periodontics, LLC was top notch. The office staff was friendly, caring, comforting and most obliging. They really know how to put you at ease. Dr. Sierakowski was so professional and caring. He explained in depth his treatment plan which was so appreciated. He answered all my questions. His assistant Supriya is a real gem. I was so nervous but she certainly took time to reassure me that they had answers to all my needs. She gave me sound advice and was certainly a pleasure to meet. I highly recommend Brandywine Periodontics if you are looking for great team in Periodontics.

Dr. Sierakowski is a marvelous podiatric dentist. I was referred to him by my previous dentist who retired. I have been extremely happy ever since I started seeing him earlier this year.He and his staff got me through a couple of significant dental challenges this summer alone and I'm moving forward with confidence that I'm receiving the best care. I have the tools and skills to continue what I need to do at home. Very pleased with him and his knowledgeable team.UPDATE: After a year and a half of continued care and much improved home routine, I'm seeing very good results. Best staff and very caring, focused doctor helping me to achieve positive results.

I have had 3 appointments and Brandywine Periodontics have been nothing short of 1st class. The service begins at check in and continues throughout the entire dental procedure. I’ve been seeing Dr. Sierakowski now for the last 2 years to tackle and maintain my periodontal disease. Recently my orthodontist recommended I have 2 teeth extracted and I immediately called Brandywine Perio because I knew Dr. Sierakowski would take care of me the best - and of course he did! He and his staff always make me feel comfortable and always explain my at-home care for once I leave the office. I am so proud to tell people I am a patient here and could not recommend enough!

8-6-23 - JeanMarie gave me an excellent deep cleaning and helpful advice for teeth cleaning at home to slow down plaque. Good checkup from Dr. Sierakowski, who is also treating me for an implant. I like this practice and highly recommend it-- caring, knowledgable and experienced staff, advanced dental tech equipment, coordination with my regular dentist.As I wrote before, I would like to see the practice expand the number of dental insurance/reduced fee plans they accept, since these appointments are necessary, but expensive.

These folks are fantastic! Due to the sudden death of my previous periodontist, I was in dire need of a new one. Not only were they able to squeeze me in for my initial new patient visit within 3 days of my initial call, they also found a way to recommence my treatment plan with a procedure the same afternoon. And they were extremely friendly and thorough as well. I couldn't be more pleased.
