One day, as I scrolled through my photos, it hit me – I hardly ever flashed a genuine smile. The whole team at Hudson and Ho Orthodontic was not just good at what they did but genuinely kind. Every bit of that effort was worth it. Chandler, Kay, and the rest of the incredible team there made sure of that. I couldn't be happier with the results and experience with Dr Ho and his team. I had straight teeth all my life without braces, but later in life they started to move, and it became hard to eat, and I had stopped smiling in photos. My teeth looked "ok" but not quite the way they were before. I decided to fix them at 51, and I'm so happy I did. The payment plan they set up for me was doable without too much hit to the bank account. The staff is professional, yet personable. The facilities are extremely clean. They have convenient early morning appointments so I can get to work on time. They also had me in and out fast for every check-up. It has been a while since I've had such a positive experience with a business from start to finish, and I felt strongly about writing a review.

My son told me that I had to leave a review because he is so happy with his teeth and he felt very fortunate that Dr. Ho and his team were so patient and let him keep his braces on longer than the agreed terms so that they could make enough space for his canine teeth to come in. He said everyone was very nice and friendly, which I can definitely attest to, and he enjoyed watching the fish in the large fish tank they had in the office. My older son had an equally pleasant and successful experience. I have and will continue to recommend the Hudson and Ho team!

I highly recommend anyone curious about Invisalign to check out whether to get it done here. I have had braces before but I had not worn a retainer that well after my teenage years and my teeth were not aligned right in a few ways. Dr. Ho and his team laid out the process clearly from the start, were incredibly welcoming and encouraging each time I visited and helped me to see positive progress with my teeth from start to end. It was a wonderful experience.

Dr. Ho and his entire staff write the book on how to deliver consistently amazing experiences. Every single encounter was friendly and efficient. Dr. Ho expertly addressed areas that were not properly corrected by my prior orthodontist. He sets the tone for the high level of care provided by everyone in his office, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Dr. Chandler Ho and his staff were wonderful. They were super helpful and kind and Dr. Chandler was so positive and encouraging. My son got his braces removed a few days ago and they were all genuinely excited to share in that moment with him. They had a little celebration for him, which was really sweet. Oh yeah, and his teeth look great!! Definitely a positive experience for our family. Thank you, Dr. Chandler!

My experience with Dr. Ho and his team has been nothing short of amazing. Dr. Ho’s office and staff are by far the best in what they do! Dr. Ho takes his time to not just get to know and understand your teeth but to understand who you are as a person! What an absolute great experience here at Hudson and Ho! Dr. Ho is always so kind and attentive which always made me feel good about being there. His staff is kind, efficient, and always smiling. To walk into an office and constantly be treated kindly is often rare. Here, I have had nothing but a positive experience. On top of it all, I got exactly the outcome I wanted with my Invisalign. I hit the drum, collected my treats, and walked out today as a very satisfied customer. :)

It was a huge decision to go through this process at my age. I was not certain I even wanted to consider it. When I asked if I was going to be the oldest patient, the competent staff member said, "no, we have a few clients older than you". Dr. Ho 's entire staff is well trained, knowledgeable and caring. That is key when you are going through this.process. You may question "getting it done". But you will never question the end result.
