This was the first time taking my son to his appointment at this facility and I could have not wished for a better experience. The staff was very sweet, friendly & helpful they made the whole experience stress free and enjoyable. They gave me a lot of good tips and advice for my little buddy and me. Would recommend to everyone especially Dad's that are nervous to deal with all the bologna you normally deal with at all other places. #littlegem

This office and every single one of the staff there are just wonderful. I’ve brought my four kids here and they leave out of there so happy and with a positive experience that, if you have been in other dentist office and the experience was not a good one, you’d truly appreciate the good energy and great attitude and patience the all have there. We previously saw another dentist that wasn’t super comforting to my girls and made them terrified of the dentist. I read reviews and immediately made an appointment with this practice- of course it was scheduled further out since they are booking fast and we just finished our appts this week and the entire staff team is PHENOMENAL!! The assistants and Dr. Tello made sure my girls were comfortable, happy and safe. They explained everything in full detail and made sure I was comfortable with everything before even starting! We are so so grateful for this team and the new light they shed on coming to the dentist! My girls even after getting some work done absolutely love it, which most can’t say.Thank you to all the staff ❤️ we will always recommend Little Lakeside Smiles!

I literally love bringing my daughter here !! The staff is so amazing !! Their receptionist Carly is always so sweet and personable, the medical assistant Liz is super sweet and very informative and always makes sure my daughter is comfortable. Dr. Tello ,I just literally love! She’s very informative and patient and really connects with her patients. She makes sure the children are comfortable and tells them what’s coming next so they aren’t scared. The environment is very welcoming and beautiful, my kiddos love coming here!

I cannot rate this place high enough. We have an 8 year old daughter with severe autism. They asked me her needs while I scheduled the appointment. Everyone went above and beyond to make this a positive experience for her. Everything they could do to make things easier for her, they did. They were all friendly and encouraging. Not once were we made to feel as though we were a nuisance or that she was too hard to deal with. If you are on the fence about of you should give them a call… just do it. You will not regret it.

Dr. Tello and literally every single assistant/team member there were AMAZING. My little duder is medically fragile with quite the history. Dr. Tello took personal time from her lunch break to talk with us in length about his plan of care moving forward as new patients. I seriously can't say enough great things about this super cute facility (look for the Tooth Fairy's door) or it's team. I co-parent and was so impressed I switched dental providers for my bonus daughter the same day. Thank you, Little Lakeside Smiles for the awesome experience! The staff at Little Lakeside Smiles is absolutely fantastic. At other dental offices, my son has had some very difficult dental visits where they could not complete a cleaning or get x-rays. The staff at Little Lakeside Smiles created a relaxed atmosphere and made my son's experience forgettable (which is a good thing - I would rather him think nothing of the dentist then to remember a dentist that created trauma). He raved on the way home that the dentist was very kind. Kudos to you and your staff!

Dr. Tello, along with her entire staff, is AMAZING. My daughter hates all "doctor" appointments but she looks forward to going to the dentist. From the time we step foot in the doors we are both treated with exceptional care. The office environment is very calm, which really helped my daughter calm her nerves at her first appointment. Another big thing is that they don't push anything on us. They do an amazing job with the kids to get what they need, but they also realize they are working with children. If my daughter is not cooperating after a couple attempts, it has never been a problem. They work with what she is comfortable with and at the next appointment they get more cooperation and more of what they need on their end.Granbury has needed a good pediatric dentist for a while. I feel fortunate that Doctor Tello chose Granbury! We will choose her again and again!

The people there are amazing! We had a terrible experience this morning at another place I called them out of pure hope. They got us in, made my two year old Annabelle feel so loved and special! Got a referral done and the place called me literally 5 mins after they got it same day today! I would recommend them 100%! Very welcoming, understanding, and compassionate!
