Just removed my braces today:) Dr Doug and his team are amazing!!! I would show a before and after picture but the before would be to embarrassing. Lol.I highly recommend them for anyone- kids or adults.Dr Doug- thanks for fixing my smile, I know it wasn’t easy:)

Your search ends here for a superb orthodontist. Before our first consultation, I loved what I viewed on the office tour through online video. This is what nudged me to make an appointment. Dr. Doug took the time to explain and answer any questions that you have. Appointments were always on time and efficient. The office is immaculate. My son Brendan had braces on for 18 months. We are so pleased with the results. Dr. Doug and his staff are top notch! Highly recommend!

I’m so glad that I trusted the reviews here!Had a few consultations in the neighborhood and I was still not completely satisfied.After one consultation here, I immediately made an appointment for my son to get braces with Great Neck Orthodontics.The consultation with Dr. Palaganas was informative, thorough and beyond my expectations (it was not this thorough with the other consultations we had in the area).The staff are friendly and both Dr. Ellis and Dr. Palaganas are excellent! They are so passionate about what they do and it shows in the results. We are about 8 months into the process and every visit has been on time, professional and welcoming.All our questions are always addressed in a timely manner, whether by phone or email.They also offer evening hours and make it a whole lot easier for those with a busy schedule.I highly recommend them and would give 10 stars if I could!

Had a great experience during my consult with Dr. Ellis. She was very knowledgeable, explained everything to me clearly, and was honest about her expectations of my treatment if I decided to peruse orthodontics. The office itself was also transparent about pricing and offered payment plans if needed. The staff was very kind. Overall I was very impressed with the entirety of this office.

Very happy with the treatment we received so far. My son had issue with his braces and was able to be seen quickly. The office is very flexible, both doctors and staffs are friendly and responsive. Many offices can provide treatment, but not a lot will give you the pleasant experience as GN Orthodontics does. Will recommend to my friends.

My experience with the Great Neck Orthodontists has been nothing short of phenomenal! Dr. Doug and Dr. Ellis are professional, efficient, knowledgeable, kind and most importantly they truly care about you and your teeth. As an adult with braces, I was very anxious in the beginning. Great place with great people! We have been with Dr. Doug for the last two years and just complete the orthodontic treatments for both of our daughters. They care about your results just as much, if not more, than you do. You can tell they truly take pride in what they do. We chose GN Orthodontics because we wanted the best doctors for our son and Dr. Doug, Dr. Ellis and their team are the best!The office is beautiful, modern, clean, and suited with the latest technologies, making visits quick, painless and no yucky, gooey impressions. I’ve been coming here for over three years and I highly recommend this place to anyone thinking about getting braces. Both Dr. Ellis and Dr. Doug are very friendly and professional. Everyone there is so kind and helpful. Any questions my parents or I ask, they answer fully and in detail. Appointments are also easy to make. If something goes wrong, you can always just call them and they’ll set an appointment for you right there. My teeth have never looked better.
