I was referred here by my dentist for my gums. Went to my appointment in August, paid $150 just for the consultation. Was told I would be receiving a statement of how much my dental insurance would cover within a few weeks. I waited and waited and never heard anything. 2 months later I got a voicemail stating that they needed a different dentist card, apparently I gave them the wrong one. (should have been caught at the visit to avoid all of this). Anyways, I sent in my dentist card through email and never heard a word back. $150 down the drain and no communication or follow up from them at all.

Doctor Longville is the most sweetest, very patience, kind, and listens to your questions and doesn't just walk out of the room without you fully understanding exactly what your procedures, options, and recovery are going to be.The staff are very friendly as well. Everyone really cares about you, listens to you, and makes you feel at home. I highly recommend Greensboro Perio for your dental needs.

Dr Benitez was very thorough, empathetic and professional. He took the time to connect with me as a patient and promote a great relationship. I appreciate that he gave me options from very conservative to very aggressive with the pros and cons of each. He seemed to have my best interest in mindHis staff was amazing with details and getting all my informations and making me feel comfortable with the visit. I would definitely recommend this practice for their periodontal needs

This morning I had a disappointing experience at Greensboro Perio office when my appointment was scheduled incorrectly, preventing me from getting the procedure I requested. The scheduling error not only inconvenienced me, but to make matters worse, the provider Dr. Benitez characterized my concern as 'picky.' If this procedure was completed to my satisfaction the first time, then I wouldn’t be sitting in his chair again. The lack of accountability and professionalism left me dissatisfied with my visit. Clear communication and accountability are crucial in these settings. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of these expectations. Prior to today, my experiences with Greensboro Perio had been Amazing. Please note that Tonya along with a young lady with the front office staff did issue an apology for the scheduling error, and I wasn’t charged for the visit. Unsure, if I will be back to Greensboro Perio to have my procedure completed.

Went for an initial consultation concerning my gum issues; I was dreading this appointment as I recognized that my teeth and gums and becoming more problematic. Dr. Longville and her assistant, Jordan were pleasant, knowledgeable and clearly explained what was happening. We discussed possible treatment options and the pros and cons of each option. I definitely recommend them if you are looking for a periodontist!

The staff was so professional and thoughtful. Dr Benetiz conducted oral surgery and did a great job.I trusted his advice and care.

As an adult, I will openly admit that I did not regularly visit the dentist and my oral hygiene was not where it should have been (flossing). I had a fear of dentistry in general, however going to Greensboro Perio for a few years now has given me healthy gums. They made me so relaxed. I really like to thank Dr. Benitez and the entire GP staff with helping my healthy choices!

The staff at Greensboro Perio are all welcoming and helpful. Sarah is an awesome hygienist who thoroughly checks the condition of my teeth. She found a tiny cavity at a recent visit that I was able to get repaired before experiencing pain. Dr. Benitez has welcomed me warmly since Dr. Lutins has retired. He listens to my dental concerns and provides assistance, when needed. I trust my care with Greensboro Perio. Becky
