I have had three visits so far and every time everyone is so sweet!! I’m probably a little difficult because I honestly hate going to the dentist but, the Doctor and two assistants I’ve seen were so incredibly sweet and patient with me. They made sure I was comfortable with a fan and water bottle, since I’m 30 weeks pregnant and always hot!I HIGHLY recommend this office!! I will be switching my husband and our son ASAP!

I used to like coming here, but today, it felt like we were being rushed. The manager was walking back and forth, staring at us like she wanted us out of the room. However, the dental assistant was explaining to me the pending treatment my daughter needed. When we walked out the lobby was empty so I don't know why they were rushing us out.

The whole team here is fantastic!! They did such a wonderful job with my son, they explained the whole procedure step-by-step prior to doing the work and then let him even participate in his care. He is eight y’all how amazing is that that they made him feel like a big kid. Super wonderful place if you’re going somewhere else you are missing out!!

The whole team worked to make sure I was comfortable, and Dr. Sauer knew her stuff. Hygienist Sylvia gave me the scoop on what accounted for the changes in my teeth and gums the last six months, and I’m more informed and confident than I’ve ever been about my oral health. Great, great group.... Since the above review, I've had another dental procedure--one that in the past at other dentists has been quite painful. This time? Didn't hurt at all. Amazing. Dr. Sauer and her team clearly have the technical know-how -- plus they show genuine concern for how I was faring throughout.

My daughter was terrified of getting caps on her teeth. By the end of the visit she was smiling and giggling. She felt no pain. Very kid friendly and kind and considerate.Edit to update: my son, who is 3, had his first appointment today and they were so patient with him. He proudly went around showing off his "shiny" teeth to everyone.

My family was NOT smiling after our horrible experience with Dr Sarah Sauer in Greenville at Family Smiles. We have been going to this dentist office for a couple of years and everything was alright until my son needed a small cavity filled on his back tooth. They put on numbing gel and nitrous, then begin right away. My son was in tears and said it HURT! The dentist left and an office manager came in telling us they may not be able to complete the filling after already drilling a bigger hole in his tooth. When I spoke to the dentist, she told me she was uncomfortable working on my son. She believed he was just anxious and not really in pain. He may have to be sedated. I spoke to my son and he was really in PAIN. She agreed to try again with a shot this time. My son had no problem with the shot however, when she touched the tooth again, he said it was very PAINFUL. Dr. Sauer told me it was imposable for him to be in pain after the shot. I disagreed with her, she continued with he is anxious not in pain. She would not listen and dismissed my concerns for my son!! I would not put him through any more pain from “Dr” Sauer. I then made an appoint with a more experienced dentist. My son has hypoplastic teeth. It is extremely sensitive teeth as the dentine, or the layer under the enamel, is exposed. He had his tooth fixed by another dentist with no problems. I will NEVER go to family smiles again. Hopefully Dr. Sauer will becoming more experienced and listen to her patience in the future.

Awesome Staff, Awesome Assistants,Awesome Dentist, The place was clean, and kid friendly. They explained everything they were doing as they worked on my grandson's teeth. That made him calmer and more relaxed.I highly recommend Family Smiles.

I have recently started going to this office. I have replaced my other dentist with these guys. Currently, the doctor there. Is honest normally. You don't get the Dentist telling you things are getting better. After a cleaning yesterday, I was informed that my issue that has been plaguing me for years. The dentists always tells me how horrible it is, and it's only gonna get worse. And teeth are gonna fall out, and all this kind of stuff. This one did a check and, said the numbers reduced, and it's getting better. It's getting better without spending thousands and thousands of dollars on treatment that, in my opinion, dosent really do anything anyway, except empty my pockets of money. It's just an excuse to charge a lot of money. I appreciate the honesty of this dentist. We have come up with a good solution to different issues. They don't pressure me to do anything special. And they remain flexible to things that I need. I would recommend them.

The best service ever 1/30/23I was scared going to a new dentist but after I walked in they treated me so good I felt comfortable and relaxed . A week later they pull my tooth. I really appreciate all the comfort and support..This is the best dentist ever..2/20/23.. I had to go back cause of something stupid I did . They didn't throw any shade or anything.. They made me feel even better when it was my fault.My family dentist for life..Much love for the staff for remembering my name after almost a month after my 1st visit.
