Dr. Termini and the staff were extremely good with my 97 YO uncle who required some extensive work. They did their best to make the experience as easy as possible for him, and minimize his discomfort. They showed great concern for his comfort and welfare before, during, and after the procedure. As of day 5, things are healing well, so we were pleased with his care.

The service was outstanding, from the front desk, to the assistants and ultimately the doctor. They are very courteous and they go out of their way to ensure your comfort. Anastacia was very knowledgeable on how to care for yourself in the healing process, and they encourage you to ask any and all questions so you leave with complete clarity. I strongly recommend for oral surgery you will not regret it.

Dr Termini severed my daughters right lingual nerve while removing her wisdom teeth. She has no feeling in the right side of her tongue, she can not feel touch or temperature . She also can not taste on the right side of her tongue. The taste buds on the right side of her tongue are now gone too. She also can not move her tongue to make some sounds. Dr Termini seemed very concerned at first then he referred us to a nerve surgeon to try another surgery hoping she may get some feeling back. So now we are paying thousands of dollars for an additional surgery. We are very upset that he did not give her the proper care, time, and attention for a successful surgery. My daughter has suffered due to his lack of care.

I have been to NorthShore to get an implant for a front tooth. The office and exam rooms are kept clean and sterile. The staff is polite and professional. Everyone greets you with a smile in a very relaxed atmosphere. Dr Tatch was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He explained in detail how the procedure would go and answered any questions or concerns I had. I was very impressed with everyone at NorthShore Implants from receptionists to technicians and especially the doctors. Would recommend to family and friends and will be going back for a second procedure in Nov.

Dr. Tatch was a great surgeon to work with. His staff are all professionals. My appointments were always on time. And I’m very happy with the outcome. I was very nervous about oral surgery and he explained all of my options to me clearly. I did opt to be completely sedated and I’m glad I did! His follow up with me assured me that all had gone well. And it was practically pain-free. For 2 to 3 days I was tender and a little swollen, but the pain was minimal.

Dr. Tatsch has a great team & state of the art technology. His manner is calm & staff provide a comfortable, clean environment.Dr. takes extra measures to ensure your procedures are as painless as possible.I highly recommend Dr. Tatsch!

Dr. Tatch and the entire staff are amazing, they were extremely thorough, answered all of my many questions, and followed up shortly after the surgery to see how I was doing and recap the aftercare steps. I am already healing quickly 2 days after a double extraction which I absolutely credit to their exceptional work. Very, very highly recommended.

I went to NorthShore Center for a tooth implant. I was very nervous about the entire procedure, however, the staff was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I don’t know if the dr is very gentle or what, but, after the anesthesia wore off i felt no pain. I still feel no pain today. I have not had to take any pain meds! I had a great experience there minus the waking up from sedation part! Lol! I highly recommend them!
