I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AGAINST THIS OFFICE. I will never return to this office. The entire staff needs to be trained in showing empathy or at least pretending to be kind, friendly, and understanding including letting patients know if there are any delays, even if it's a lie. A patient shouldn’t be waiting for an extended period of time without any updates. I can see why a payment is required prior to services being rendered. It’s either that they’re so money-focused, don’t care or both, as long as they get paid first. It's fine though; they may have charged my credit card; however, I hope my warning helps others.
