If you are terrified of the dentist then this is your place!!! I get hysterical, crying and all, even over cleanings. She and all her staff are the most gentle, kind and soothing and have never once hurt me never felt any needles not even a pinch. Staff never has any attitude like you find at most offices now a days. They literally bend over backwards to make sure every patient’s experience is excellent. Hands down best dental office by far! If i could give a thousand stars i would.

1st time visit to Haddon Heights Smiles!! Experience was wonderful, Vanessa was very friendly and excellent in cleaning my teeth. Everyone made you feel very comfortable, which I feel is important at the dentist. Dr. Battula was very nice, was very happy to hear nothing else was needed at this time. Can't say enough about the whole staff, pleasant experience.

Yesterday was my first appointment and it couldn’t have been a better experience. Dr. Battula and my hygienist, Vanessa, were friendly and kind and they explained every step of the cleaning process as well as exam findings. I have sensitive gums and my cleaning virtually was pain-free — Vanessa is excellent! Highly recommend if you are someone who experiences anxiety about going to the dentist.

Friendly, professional and very caring. Entire staff make you feel welcome and comfortable. Vanessa & Melissa are amazing. They are both friendly & professional. Dr. Battula makes you feel like family while dispensing top professional care. Her smile is infectious and any procedure gets her intense work ethic. She makes visits to the dentist something to look forward to!

Front lady at the desk in the unprofessional rainbow makeup was rude and unhelpful. She was very misleading with the information provided to make an appointment online. The overall experience was unpleasant due to the lack of transparency and the lack of customer service. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself time and frustration and go somewhere else!

I finally found a dentist that i don’t have to be nervous about. Dr. Battula and Bernice did an amazing job today for my filling. Their back and forth banter kept me completely calm in a setting where i would otherwise lose my nerve. Before i knew it, i was done and walking out the door. Dr. Battula does a thorough job of explaining everything she is doing while keeping you discomfort-free and Bernice is a wonderful patient advocate all while showcasing her skills with the doctor during the procedure. Excellent environment where the front staff is just as warming and welcome as everyone else!

AMAZING! I was able to schedule as a new patient for an emergency visit within a day. Already in pain I was nervous as most but I felt so comfortable and understood by all!!! I had to be sent to an Endodontist immediately, they were able to get me right in and complete the necessary procedure that morning. Everyone was so helpful and quick to help.I received a follow up call that day and a text the next morning. I’m so happy to have a place I will have no reservations about returning!!!! 😁👍🏻

HHS was recommended to me and I’m so glad that they were! I had not been to a dentist since the early 2010’s, so I was ready for 25 roots canals. The entire staff took very good care of me. They explained my situation in easy to understand terminology and didn’t shame me for my lack of dentist visits. Did a deep cleaning and was done in a jiffy without any issues. If you need a dentist, this is the place!

10/10 would recommend for anyone who has anxiety about going to the dentist! For as long as I can remember I have dreaded going to the dentist because of bad past experiences, this office is changing my mind! From a great, gentle cleaning with Vanessa to amazing communication from Sarah in the front office, to a great experience with Melissa and Dr. Battula with a filling, everyone has gone above and beyond to make sure I'm comfortable and calm.
