Hurley and Volk Orthodontics - Hampshire

Great experience at Hurley and Volk Orthodontics! First off I want to say thank you to Kelsee. I needed a retainer repair. I expected quality care which I received, but I left highly impressed and my expectations were exceeded. Kelsee immediately made me feel at ease and comfortable. She explained the process and in her own personable and caring way made everything a very positive experience. My thanks also to Dr. Twiggs. From the reception desk to the orthodontic chair and back out the door each person I spoke with today helped make my appointment a great experience.

Very disappointed in this office. After treatment I'm having issued I never experienced before with my bite. I was told I'd get refinements. Made my appointment to discuss the changes, and was made to drive out of my way to see a specific doctor. I get there - don't see the doctor and no refinements. Not sure why I didn't get to see the doctor you made me go out of the way to see, and to also not get my issues addressed or my refinements. Wouldn't recommend to anyone, especially the way I was treated by the financial agent - whom shouldn't be so judgment or in the position to talk about my treatment without the doctor.Update, have not recieved any returned calls from the office regarding this matter. Have left multiple messages looking to speak to the Dr or Manger mentioned in the offices reply.

The doctors, techs and staff are always super friendly and accommodating. Appointments are easy to make and I love that scans can be done at home on an app and sent in with my phone. They also had several options for affordable payment plans. My son's teeth look great, and I know he'll continue to receive great care here for however long he needs it.
