Hurley and Volk Orthodontics - Hampshire

Great experience at Hurley and Volk Orthodontics! First off I want to say thank you to Kelsee. I needed a retainer repair. I expected quality care which I received, but I left highly impressed and my expectations were exceeded. Kelsee immediately made me feel at ease and comfortable. She explained the process and in her own personable and caring way made everything a very positive experience. My thanks also to Dr. Twiggs. From the reception desk to the orthodontic chair and back out the door each person I spoke with today helped make my appointment a great experience.

Very disappointed in this office. After treatment I'm having issued I never experienced before with my bite. I was told I'd get refinements. Made my appointment to discuss the changes, and was made to drive out of my way to see a specific doctor. I get there - don't see the doctor and no refinements. Not sure why I didn't get to see the doctor you made me go out of the way to see, and to also not get my issues addressed or my refinements. Wouldn't recommend to anyone, especially the way I was treated by the financial agent - whom shouldn't be so judgment or in the position to talk about my treatment without the doctor.Update, have not recieved any returned calls from the office regarding this matter. Have left multiple messages looking to speak to the Dr or Manger mentioned in the offices reply.

The doctors, techs and staff are always super friendly and accommodating. Appointments are easy to make and I love that scans can be done at home on an app and sent in with my phone. They also had several options for affordable payment plans. My son's teeth look great, and I know he'll continue to receive great care here for however long he needs it.

I have had the chance to experience multiple orthodontists and by far Smiles Doctors is the best and I will HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. Staff is courteous, friendly and knowledgeable and the overall experience from beginning to end made us feel comfortable and informed. The pricing package was comparable but having the flexibility of multiple offices and great teams is what puts them as a 5 star for our family. Thank you Smiles team for doing such a great job....keep up the GREAT work!

Great facility, great doctors, and great staff. My teeth have not cooperated with getting straightened, but Hurley and Volk have gone the distance with me. After 3 years of straightening I still needed some tweaking-they still treat me like a brand new patient! Everyone is helpful and friendly. I’m very glad I picked Hurley and Volk.Addendum: I’m officially done with my aligners! So happy-one round of tweaking and I’m good to go 👍! I truly felt like part of a family at the Hampshire location. They never gave up on my smile’s potential 😀. Made me feel welcomed and important every time I walked in-something I was very conscious about amidst all the youngsters. Some people told me why bother at my age? Everyone at H&V put that idea quickly to rest. And, my headaches from clenching at night are gone! I can smile freely without feeling subconscious! Thank you Hampshire office!

Excellent experience at the Hampshire office today! Leslie explained everything from treatment options to payment options so well and made me and my son feel educated and at ease. Rey did a great job with the scan to get my son all set up to start Invisalign in a few weeks!As a dental hygienist, I highly recommend this office.

My son had braces two years ago and the experience was wonderful. The team is knowledgeable, patient and work with your schedule.We just now had to go back to get another retainer and another great experience. I highly recommend Hurley and Volk.

Smile Doctors was absolutely amazing! The staff treats you like friends & ensures you feel comfortable! They walked me through every step & ensured i genuinely understood the process we would be going through. They were sanitary & made great accommodations for Covid recommendations! I felt safe, comfortable, & had a great time during my consultation!!

We love! We are undergoing treatment for my daughter and my son still loves going with us. Why do they have snacks and coloring pages?♥️The service is excellent. Super friendly staff. The app is very good, you can see the development of the treatment, make appointments and ask questions. The place has modern equipment.I had treatment when I was a teenager and I wish they had existed at that time!

Every person from reception to the doctors is friendly and helpful. The staff is skilled and knowledgeable. They understand how to work with teenagers and the prices are fair. We used a different orthodontist for our older son but switched to Hurley and Volk because we weren't satisfied. We have been so happy with Hurley and Volk. We can't say enough good things!!
